I had a massage/wrap for my birthday and I did not want to leave when it was time to go. The overall experience turned out well.One suggestion would be to inform the front receptionist about Touche' appointments when there is noone in the salon and have them send you back to the salon foyer to wait. Having to wait in the doctor's reception area took away from the anticipation of visiting the spa.

Touche is not your typical spa. It is unlike anything I have seen in the Fayetteville area. Very modern yet extremely calming. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I had an amazing facial and relaxed so much I fell right to sleep. I already scheduled my next appointment and can't wait to go back!!!

The only thing I have to say is rude front desk people. if you like sitting around for 1 or 2 hours before you even get checked in then this is your place! If you like sitting in a back cold room for another 30 or 40 minutes then this is your place! If you like 5 or ten minute doctor visits after waiting for 2 or 3 hours then this is your place!If you have all the time in the world, like bad customer service and don't need a good diagnosis of why you went there then BY ALL MEANS THIS IS YOUR PLACE! If I could give a zero I would!

This was the worst clinic I have ever been too. I went in for a pregnancy test and it took 5 hours for me to be seen. Talking to other people waiting they all said the same thing. Even if they had an appointment they still waited 2 hours or more after their time.
