Absolutely LOVE this location! I've lived in Fayetteville for four years now, have sampled many different sew shops in the area however, once I visited this place- I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've reccomended this location to many other soldiers who were all satisfied with the amendities offered, quick turn around time, and overall environment. Regardless of the day I've had- the friendly and professional staff ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. The employees here work diligently to present QUALITY work/products. They are pros, if you need anything for your ASU's, they offer the best or can at least suggest where to find it. Thank you again to everyone who works here, you guys never let me down and I appreciate that! ❤
I took a pair of dress pants to the Reilly road location, and it was the messiest work I have ever seen. There were loose threads everywhere inside and outside of the zipper. Also, the top part of the band was not sewn back together. I took them back and asked her to redo the work, and she only fixed the band! I was not expecting perfection, but I was expecting professional work and service!
The business is under new management and the service and quality is great. Recommend people to come here.
The lady that runs the shop is kind of rude. I was politely inquiring about leaving some white shirts with her today to get cleaned for work & was seeing just how soon I could get them done as I work for TSA at the airport & don't get weekends off. I guess she was having a bad day because she took my receipt from me, grabbed my shirt and kind of tossed them in my direction. I asked her if she just threw my shirts at me and her reply was "no, I'm just a busy woman." It's real disappointing because I planned to leave my shirts with her, but after that I feel uncomfortable spending my $ with her. Maybe she is used to customers being rude to her, but she judged this customer wrong & lost business today. Very disappointing.
I was wondering why my clothes seemed different as if they got smaller yet I've never gained any weight so I had a friend to go apply for a job there and she got hired and she reported back to me that the owner is not properly doing the clothes she has her workers to wash our clothes and dry them in the dryer in the laundromat next door...my friend also said that she's not even using the dry clean machine that is for dry clean only garments ...she said probably because she is too cheap to buy the chemicals for the dry cleaning machine she also said the cleaners is very dirty, the break room has a big hole in the ceiling and the bathroom is never clean lasts of all she said the owner talks about every employee behind their backs to fellow coworkers the owner seems to be getting rich off of our lack of knowledge she needs to be shutdown ashamed of herself for stealing our money
This word they say, "Ideal," I don't think it means what they think it means! Had a stain on a shirt so my wife dropped it off at "Ideal" Cleaners. When I went to pick it up I noticed they had a "$10 Minimum on Credit Card Purchases" sign by the register. I explained to the owner that I didn't have any cash and I almost never carry cash. His unbelievable answer was that he would charge me $10 for a $2.66 service. So they've lost my business forever just to avoid 30 cents in transaction fees.I understand that businesses get charged fees for customer credit card purchases but that should already be reflected in the price of the service. And there are other credit card payment options than refusing a customer a sale or requiring them to pay 4 times more than the actual cost. AVOID THE HASSLE of "Ideal" Cleaners. It doesn't mean what you think it means.
Drop day, I asked the seamstress 10+ x's if she can remove the straps from a dress in order to make the dress strapless. The seamstress said yes. She wrote us a ticket for the charges & day of p/u. Day of p/u straps were still on the dress, the alteration made the zipper malfunction, will not zip completely & dress tighter. She apologize for her mistakes, said she didn't understand our inquiry & "No Charge." Then she tried to alter the dress again by putting clips on the dress so that it will zip (with/out my permission). After completing her 2nd alteration, she tried to upcharge me for fixing her mistakes then asked for money for altering the straps & her 2nd altering attempt. I refused to pay. I had to call the cops on her to release my dress. She ruined a beautiful expensive dress. All she had to say on dropoff day she couldn't alter the dress to be strapless. Do not take your Prom dresses or Ball gowns to them. "Bad work, Bad service, Bad communication!" They deserve a "0"
The customer service I horrible. I will state that the owner is a couple, in which the wife is friendly and pleasant. Her husband, unfortunately has a disgusting attitude every time I have had to work with him. He is extremely rude, unfriendly, and noticeably condescending when he speaks. The problem here is that businesses become comfortable and complacent with their established customer base. Therefore, people seem to accept less quality and the value that should be expected when your money is involved. I will not return to this cleaners and could only hope that others will stop patronizing places where their dollars are taken for granted.
the lady who runs this store is very very good at hemming pants. Even if it is 11$, she does a terrific job.
this is the only place I go for dry cleaning boot shining and uniform alterations. I have been going here for 3 years and they have always been polite and respectful.
