Not a reputable company. Find someone else. They don't answer the phone or return your calls. We have left several messages with this company and no reply. Also the Home Warranty company tried to contact them with no answer.

I called JB appliance in early August for a built in microwave/oven combo repair. He said he would order a part and get back to me. Collected a service fee and hasn't come back to do work. Guess I paid him to tell me it was broken!
Called and continued to call could not get response even though they say they are open at 9:00. I had gotten a washer that Is under 1 yr warranty that I think the pump is bad, only had it a month and a half .
Worse experience ever. THe company was a no-show for their first appointment, and they didn't even call . When we contacted them they blamed it on Obama, saying he was in town and couldn't make it to my house. Three visits later and my washer still isn't fixed. The only reason I still deal with them is my warranty company will not let me switch.
Krb (Now Same Day Appliance Repair) is terrible in every aspect of business. Customer Service was unprofessional, Technician sent (subcontracted without notification) was unprofessional and very late arriving at agreed upon time and without any communication . They were quick to get their $65 for the visit but I never received the estimate they came out for. Paying for Frustration and no information. Stay away from this company!
Technician came to look at refrigerator, had no clue what was wrong with it. Took the back panel off put it back on and charged $145. Don't waste your time with this company. I called Doug's appliance repair and they fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost within 2 visits - 1st visit to diagnose, 2nd visit with replacement part.
I had scheduled KRB to come out and install a cook top. When the tech did not show up, I called them only to find out that Barbara, the one who scheduled the appointment said she never received info needed from my warranty company. Upon calling my warranty company, I discovered that not only had they sent the info required, but Barbara called them to let them know they do not service my area. I took a day off work for the tech to show only to be told KRB doesn't service this area. Barbara as well as Kim, the office manager were both argumentative regarding the issue when I asked them why they had scheduled the appointment only to cancel it without my knowledge. I understand that Roy, the owner of the company is a Navy veteran as I am an Army veteran. Neither of us would allow our staff to be as incompetent as what I experienced today. I am sure the techs are excellent but the office staff needs to be turned over and have people with customer service skills put in place.
I couldn't be happier with KRB! They were the ONLY repair company that would come fix my washer, and the same day in fact! I had terrible experience with Bragg Used Appliances, another company wouldn't work on my brand, another wouldn't return my calls.... I wish I had called KRB first! The tech came when he was supposed to and was very friendly and informative. Will be using them for all my repairs from now on!
