I'm very disappointed with the vehicle with a whole lot of issues when we get to our Destination; Wheel Bearing grinding noise, Alignment, Check Tires Light came on for Air and also Check Engine Light for a couple of hours. We also exchange it in Orlando International Airport and given a car that also have issues with Alignment, Need air on the tire and less amenities that we had before. They also charge us more after we return the Vehicle. Customer service is important to me and I'm a member with Enterprise since 2012 and all I ask is do me right. I will give them a second chance and after that I'm going with Budget/Avis for customer service appreciation! RudyG.

On April 18th 2016 I had reservations to rent a car from this site for 4 days while my car was being worked on.I called them MULTIPLE TIMES that morning trying to make arrangements for them to pick me up from an auto body shop...I just needed A RIDE! Unfortunately, I had been waiting for over 2 hours and 30 minutes for a ride. I was so frustrated that I cancelled my auto body shop work and drove my damaged car off the body shop lot to a work-related meeting I had to attend. I was completely disrespected and wasted many hours with this Enterprise's incompetent staff. I will never give them a single dollar of mine ever again!
I would like to thank the employees and special to the manger, you shown me what unprofessional look like. The staff seem to be more interested in the money that the safety of their customers. Let me explain, I returned to this location because the vehicle I rented had some maintenance problem which I identified to them and wanted a replacement. First, all the cars was overdue services and ask me to wait while they take one down for service; now here is what upset me after talking to Hertz customer representative who said they had to give me another vehicle. Their response "we don't have anything in your current price limit." Not to aid the customer in a safety problem with their cars, give you a like vehicle or higher. Just take the unsafe one back, oh by the way I did call the emergency roadside assistance. Again said "they have to give you a vehicle"; so I would take a mechanic with you before driving off with the car you get.
My best experience yet at a rent a car facility the guy Frankie that helped me was a professional and acted as such very helpful and answered all of my questions and also made some great suggestions , I plan on renting there again this upcoming month , again the experience at this enterprise was wonderful !!!!!!!

definitively Enterprise is the best company for rent any kind of car, for less price, best service, easy, best people. I rent a 2014 GMC terrain for one week in less than 150.00.
Staff pleasant and all spoke when I entered. Car was clean, fueled and as reserved. Environment was clean, well-lit and comfortable. Wait time was minimal and allowed me to proced to my next engagement.
