I was in last Saturday. The night before I had seen one the stylist post an ad for Military Spouses. Their Salon offers one free Military Spouse hair cut per day. I think thats great. So I booked my appointment. My appointment was at 1. I got there 10 minutes early. When I walked in the door there were two ladies in front of me and when it was my turn to approach the counter the one girl walked away and helped someone else. I waited a couple minutes and finally someone came to check me in. The owner came up and said they were running about 20 minutes behind and offered me a beverage which was nice. I think they finally got me back to the chair around 1:30 or so. They apologized for the wait but kept complaining how they overbooked. When I sat down we talked about color. She said my total and the minus the price of the haircut. But she didn't mention plus tax. Anyways, we decided on highlights, I had assumed we were doing all over highlights and something underneath. My hair is blonde and my roots were showing so I wanted to get rid of those. She put the foils in and I sat maybe 10 minutes and she went ahead and took my color out. She washed my hair and brought me back to my chair. I told her I wanted a longer bob with some layers. She did that and then dried and styled my hair. The whole time I honestly felt kind of awkward and she didn't really talk to me. She was more interested in the other clients around and fellow co workers conversations. I told her I work for a vet and need to still put up my hair. How she styled it and the cut was great, but not necessarily how someone for a vet needs to wear her hair. I can barely pull my hair back and the layers are so short its going to take forever to grow it back out. The brown highlights that are added are so choppy and nothing underneath so it looks kind of silly when I pull my hair back because its so short and dark roots underneath. I know she probably meant well, but I felt kind of rushed and like I was trouble because I was getting a free haircut. When I was turned around to show my final cut and color, there was black on my face, like I had been crying mascara, which I'm not sure how it got there because I'm blonde and the other color we used was brown. And the girl before me who got her color washed out had black hair, it kind of made me nervous because I didn't see her was the sink out well. We got to the counter and she told me my total was 104 when I expected it to be about 10 dollars cheaper due to her not mentioning tax. I still gave a tip anyways. I'm not sure I would recommend this salon, but I wouldn't say its a bad place to go.

I enjoy the customer service as soon as I walked through the door.Once I received what Fantastic Sams calls a heated service, but I would call a flat iron, wash and condition, I know just about all the staff by name before I left. Michelle, Stephanie, Tiffany and my stylist Kashun ( she is great). I am looking forward to my future visits at this salon.
I am new to Fayetteville and was referred by a friend Christina to Curl Up & Dye Hair Salon. I loved my hair when i left the salon! My stylist was Kamryn and she did an amazing job. I also got my eyebrows done by Sarah. They look amazing as well! i will definitely be coming back to see them again!
I found this place on my way home. Im so glad that I did. My hair was triple disaster: perm, bleach,home straighten kit. All my ends were fried. Joyce did her miracle work and my hair is back to norm. Love this place.
