Allan Bass's company is Extremely reputable company. The technicians are courteous and helpful in explaining the options to fix the situation. Randy was my technician today and was very thorough and I give him a five stars. Truthfully, they've all been wonderful. In the past I used other companies but ended up having to call Bass in the end. Now, I would NEVER use anyone else. They're a company that time after time proves to me they're the Best.

WARNING FAYETTEVILLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS : DO NOT use " Good Quality Appliance Repair " in Fayetteville and surrounding areas . The guys name is Joshua Durant . His phone number is +1 305-803-1109 . I paid him 220$ to come fix my fridge. He said he fixed the fan inside of it + the relays. ( I walked out of the room for .3 seconds to grab something on the porch and he claimed to have fixed it that fast ) . I called and told him my fridge was not working less than 10 hours when he left . He answered and said to plug the fridge up to a different outlet . In which I did . It didn't work .. when I tried to call him back / text him multiple times he didn't answer . He ignored me . Finally after posting on his Facebook to get his attention , he called me . ( In which I got it on recording ) and said he will pay me back the 15-16th . But before saying he would pay me back , he said " I know where you live , you need to stop " . And then he expected to come into my house to fix the issue . I didn't want him here after feeling threatened. It is now the 15th and I didn't hear anything from him until I texted first . And he continues to tell me he doesn't know who I'm talking to and that I am talking to the tech and his " secretary " . My refrigerator is at 63 degrees . My freezer is at 30 degrees . I have taken pictures and sent it to him , with him saying " how do I know you aren't lying " . He told me he has his LLC's , and that was a lie also . He doesn't . I now have a 11 month old and no food to feed him from my fridge. My fridge smells like rotten food and I don't know what to do . And I'm out of 220$ + I'm sharing this information with everyone hoping it will be shared so no more mother's have to feel the way I do right now . I feel helpless and angry. Very angry. I hope karma gets this dude .
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR THE OWNER JOSHUA DURANT. Joshua Durant is a black slender male about 5' 6''. He is the same person who owns and operates Steel City Appliance Repair and Good Quality Appliance Repair. First of all, when I spoke to him on the phone he told me the initial assessment would be only $55, but when he came to my house he told me $85. After assessing my appliance he told me the control board was bad and that he needed to take my old board and trade it for the new one to get a cheaper price. I gave him the money for the new board ($200) and he took my old board. When he came back, he told me he put in the new board, but he forgot his ipad to program the board. In good faith, I paid him $125 for the repair service. He left, promising he would come back, but he never did. I called him multiple times; he said he would come back. He never did. I called him again, but now he will not answer my calls. I called another repair company. The other repair company said Joshua did not put in a new control board. He just put my old damage control back in.
I wish I could give this human, because a man wouldn't do what he did, negative stars. This person is a scam artist. He sounded like butterflies and rainbows on the phone. He was going to help out a single mother in need. Boy did I misjudge. He came to my residency worked on my washer the first day and said I owed him $380 that's w discounts. The washer still wants working. He came back said I owe him another $80. Washer still doesn't work. I tried to get him to come bk a 3rd day. He was a no show for 3 days in a row. Said he was sending out my refund in the mail. I waited a week no refund. I called him again..He agreed to meet me for the refund. Once again no show no call. So, if he thinks this battle is over and won by him. He's very mistaken. I have my receipts with confirming he was going to give me a refund. I plan on taking this Joshua, his name, to small claims court and calling the better business bureau. I gave him multiple chances to make the situation. He choses this path were about to go down. NOT ME. Please, I'm not being a pissed off customer either. Nobody USE this company!! I should have stuck with the company I originally. Joshua seemed to eager for the work and I wanted to support a small business. That back fired on me for trying to be a good person. I hope he finds in himself to become one one day too.
They deserve 0 stars. My mother contacted this company to fix her dryer.They came out and said they fixed it and charged her $100.The man left and she went to check her dryer and it still didn't work. She called them back and they said for her to check her fuse. She checked it and it still didn't work. She has called them back numerous times and they refuse to answer her calls. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an elderly woman living on social security. $100 is a lot of money to her. The unprofessionalism doesn't stop there, he left his food trash in the driveway too.He also has a company called Steel City Appliance Repair as well. Buyer Beware.
I contacted good quality appliance repair to service/repair my dryer. The serviceman came out on May 2nd. Hetold me a part needed to be ordered. He came me a estimate sheet with cost. I paid for the service call and the cost of the part with the understanding that the remaining balance would be paid when work was completed. He called me on May 8th to say the part was not available and that he would send me a refund and should receive in in 7 to 10 days. I texted him on May 24th no response. I called 910-779-4329 and he answered phone and said he was out of town when he got text but put refund in mail. Needless to say today is June 5th and i still have not received a refund. K Mclaurin

Improperly installed air handler led to water leaking through my ceiling causing damage. Unit installed 5/2/16, failed 5/3/16. Unit required multiple repair calls and could not be passed by county inspectors until 6/15/16! 11/14/16-Unit has now failed again-leaking coils. Same reason old unit was replaced. $7250 for a unit in the same condition as the replaced unit. Could NEVER recommend this company-except to an enemy!
