I was referred here by Tricare because gynecology on Fort Bragg wasn't able to accommodate me. What a blessing that turned out to be! Dr. Beal has been the first doctor I've seen since being here that has taken a vested interest in my problems and has bent over backwards to try to help me. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009 and because of that I have very abnormal periods, they're abnormal even for sufferers of PCOS. When I first saw Dr. Beal I informed her my husband was PCSing very shortly so I didn't have a lot of time left in the area. Instead of just brushing me aside and letting me be someone else's problem she jumped in and took on the challenge. She was able to get more done for me in 4 weeks as far as testing and appointments than the Army clinics on post in 4 years. With them I was always made to feel like a number with my questions and concerns constantly brushed aside. Dr. Beal has been professional, caring and amazing in every aspect. I kind of wish we'd be here a little longer just so I could continue to work with her rather than having to find a new OB/GYN at my husband's new duty station. She has worked tirelessly to make sure that I'll be armed with everything I need once I do find a new doctor, so I won't have to go through this all over again like the doctors at the clinic on post have made me do several times over. I also have to give kudos to Dr. Beal's staff. Every person I've encountered in the office has been friendly, supportive and helpful. I have never had longer than a 15 minute wait to be processed and seen and that was only because I was 15 minutes early. My appointments have always been right on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Beal to any of my friends in the area.

As a family with 3 generations as patients at this practice ..I have found it it the worst place to try to make an appointment very impersonal never able to get any of the staff on the phone not even an option on there recording to speak to an operator. so when tired of waiting for the Doctor to see us we ck out and they send us a letter to drop my granddaughter as a patient ( we were in the process of looking a new doctor anyway )the letter says that there should be a mutual respect well that goes both ways Dr. Cole .. .Like when Dr. Barefoot came in my family doctors office and went straight back to an exam room I had to wait at lease 45 minutes longer to see my doctor, but that was ok because he was sick I never complained because you call this office someone answers the phone not a recording ... again mutual respect goes both ways
Nice place, pleasant doctors. The only issue I have are the waiting times. They make you wait in the main waiting room then take vitals and make you sit in a smaller waiting room with knees touching other patients. I honestly don't know how these pregnant women don't get worked up over that. After waiting at least an hour in this second waiting room, then you go to the room and wait for the doctor for at least 35 more minutes before being seen for 5-15 minutes and then put back in the knee waiting room and then paperwork to be seen again. Ultimately 3 hours to see a doctor for 15 minutes. Like I said , nice place, nice doctors, terrible horrible waiting times.
I visited the office for the first time in two years yesterday. It was as if I had entered a completely different environment. The front office staff were friendly and professional. The entire facility has had a lovely face lift and was very clean. And the clinical staff were just as friendly as Dr. Jones himself has always been. Yes, the bathroom is still small. But I will gladly tolerate it to have a doctor and staff that I actually look forward to seeing!
This is the best OB/GYN in Fayetteville. I have been going to this practice since I was 18. It can be hard to get through sometimes but the care I have received has always been top notch. I recently had my first child and had great care in the doctors office and when I had my c-section in the hospital. I know quite a few people who have went to other OB/GYNs in the area and were so glad to switch to Womens Wellness. I recommend this office to everyone.
Really shocked at their lack of follow-through. I recently had diagnostics done and no one called back for results. I contacted their offices twice and was told the doctor would give me a call back and needless to say, that never happened. Very poor job.
I LOVE my OB. But his front office staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, act as if you are ALWAYS wasting their time. They are ignorant and immature. His nurses, ultrasound tech, labtechs, and VCOM student are great.
The staff were all very nice. They explained each procedure and why they were doing them. I was anxious about going but I left with a smile.
