Tried to call them to see if they had a specific toy and after a minute or two of the phone ringing I the phone was disconnected. What's funny is that their recording states that they want to be the best toy store in the world. Customer service is part of the equation, and in that they fail.
More than disgusted with this greedy company. If you do layaways with this company. ...buyer be warned....anything on your layaway that you try to take back is tracked! Then you will be denied any returns. I sent the company ALL my receipts to show them everything had been paid for either with cash or debit, and they never sent a response. So this stupid RAR system they have in place is gonna hurt their business once people experience this horrible customer service problem. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with corporate only to get hung up on and no phone call back. I will be going to BBB also. As I still have ALL my receipts. Never have I been treated so poorly with a company, even though my receipts clearly showed everything was paid for. BAD BUSINESS TOYSRUS. Really disappointed since I have done so much business here, not anymore!
I live an hour from the store and have called them twice to check on a toy. I was on hold for 20 minutes each time just for them to pick up the phone and hang it up on me!!! SO RUDE! Why drive an hour when they may not have what I'm looking for? That is why they have a store phone which they can't seem to operate properly!
