Absolutely NO stars....I have been to this salon 3 times in the past 4 days. This is to much time to be spending in a nail salon. I originally came(Saturday) in to get my nails done with my teenage daughter. We waited 45 mins to be seen, no problem it was a Saturday. We finished and left...oh I forgot to tell you we were not offered the complimentary pretzels, pistachios and a beverage. I returned on Monday to get a pedicure. The young man that did my feet didn't speak any English. (I didn't have a real problem with that) He did not do a very good job....so I asked if he could clean around my big toes and he told me that I didn't request the deluxe pedicure. Really!!! That's apart of a normal pedicure. Long story short, the young lady they sent over (because he couldn't understand me) to finish polishing my toes. Picked up the tools and started to finish my pedicure. She said "he's not done with the pedicure why is there polish on your toes" I said my point exactly. She fussed a little bit and finished up my toes. I was not upset because she was very polite and saw and corrected his bad job. (I even tipped her.) By Tuesday afternoon I noticed that my nail was starting to bubble and then peel off. So I came back to get it fixed. When I came in I was told by the much older man that works at the desk (not sure if he was the owner) that I had to wait for the person that did my nails to get finished and she would fix my nails. (30+ mins) I asked if there was someone else that could fix them. Yes, by then the gel polish had start to come off on 2 more nails... so now I have 3 nails that needed to be repolished. The older man started to feed me a "Bull S story " he said that "she was the only one that could fix it".... Really??? There are at least 10 people sitting in this shop that were do nails and he's trying to sell me a flat out lie saying that they all dont know how to do gel nails. Again, Really???? That says a lot about your establishment "Mr."(I know he's reading this because I mentioned that I was going to submit a review) if this is true which I dont believe he's not a very wise business owner, because he employs people that are not fully capable of doung their job. This is a nail salon that's what you do "NAILS." I saw at least 5 people come in the shop after I did and they didn't all have appointments. I will not be visiting this new nail salon with "OLD LIARS" ever again!!! You do the math 2 people twice a month gel nails w/designs and a pedicure=-$000.00......you just lost 2 more customers. The Old liar doesn't know that "Customer service is everything!!!" If you want people to continue to do business at your nail salon, you should consider being a Better buisness man and lead with telling the truth......remember that honesty goes a long way but a lie is just the beginning of deceit. That older man does not have an ounce of integrity(smh)....and more of the same will start to happen if he doesn't start to focus on the customer and what’s best for them, as well as working on making customer service the best they can. When customers have a bad experience the business pays for it sooner or later.
The service was terrible. I almost passed out and asked the lady if they had water she said no then when I lost my color in my face she told someone to get a water for me. They don’t clean their pedicure bowls after each client. They don’t lay towels down when they do someone’s nails and wipe the table off with the same brush they wipe clients hands off with. My nail broke the same exact day I got it done and went back the next day and they tried to charge me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Wonderful!! I’ve been coming here for years. They have the most friendly staff. Relaxing and friendly atmosphere. You will be very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend
I had the most amazing hair experience!!! I came down from New York for a wedding and made a last minute appointment for myself and three other ladies. The owner went above and beyond getting us an appointment. We were able to secure an appointment on a Saturday with one day notice. Cynthia & Rio came in before the salon opened to make it happen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we left the salon flawless. I'm coming back in the summer to visit my sister and will be scheduling a color appointment. I can't tell you enough THANK YOU!!!!!
Love this salon have been going for years and never had any problems friendly staff and very professional will not get my hair cut anywhere else
Henrietta did an amazing job on my eyebrows. It has really boosted my self confidence. If you're thinking about microblading--do it, it has been a life changing experience.
I've been a customer for approximate 8 months now and I keep going back! Awesome nail tech. If you want personalized service, this is the place to go.
Katie does an awesome job with my eyebrows. She remembers my sister and I every visit which makes it the visit more personal. She is the only person I let touch my eyebrows
I know it's Good Friday, & it was busy, but to wait patiently for an hour & then get skipped by everyone else that was waiting behind me was unacceptable. If I have to complain to get service, then I don't want service from you.
