My stove had a heating element that went bad during the cleaning phase. I contacted my warranty company and they give me this company to fix repairs. they were right on time, professional and polite. They did a great job would recommend them to anyone, and would use them if I had any problems with my appliances. First rate job!!!

This company is horrible! They send out one guy to diagnose the problem then make you wait over a month to order the part then when the owner goes to install it, he will rediagnose the problem and not do anything to fix the issue, just make you wait longer! He doesn't know what he's doing at all! Save yourself the headache and deal with a different company!
This is the worst company in the World! He does not show up, he does not answer his phone, and he is rude. When he finally does show up a month later, he takes another month to turn in his report to the insurance company. Everyone needs to call the insurance company and tell them to stop using him. He doesn't even answer their calls most of the time. DO NO USE HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I only gave him one star, because I couldn't give him less.
This company was assigned to me by AHS home warranty.I called 3-J's immediately after they were assigned to me to set up an appointment as soon as possible. I left a message because there was only an answering machine. They NEVER returned my call in 5 business days OR acted on the dispatch sent to them by AHS. I called AHS and they have assigned me another contractor........guess what...their rating online is a 1 star too......I may never here from them! Not thinking highly of AHS right now!
Worst company!! Had to use then through my home warranty company. They came out to fix my dryer and said they had to order a part - 8 days later they said they would be out (after I called them) I have been given 3 different times and they were no shows- not even a phone call saying they weren't coming.

I used this company due to my FA home warranty assigning them my case for a dishwasher service/replace. They were very prompt and very professional and polite. They were able to diagnose the problem in no time and assisted me in later replacing my dishwasher. They also helped me with a more recent problem with my washing machine. I will call them for all my appliance needs and definitely refer them to others. I'm not sure why some other reviews had a bad experience, but my experience was awesome!
They came out for a a call from my AS warranty company. I had to call them for initial visit. Took my $75 fee and told me parts would be in Friday. Friday came no repair man nor call. Gave them till following Monday to respond to message I left. None to be had, contacted AS said would be out on the 20th of Nov. No show or call. AHS got them and said they would call. Lady who called said parts weren't in but due that day but couldn't schedule me till following Wed. The 25. No show not call today and AHS says they called for authorization to order my part on the 21 which was 19 days after their first and only house call. AHS said vender can use parts they can obtain or order from them. Sounds to me like they forgot to order my part or used it for an appliance they fixed to sell. Really we are on 23 days since initial visit. They have no communication skills past that first visit where they take your money. Save your money and get a chip to fix it they would probably do a better job.
I HAD to use this company with my home warranty. I called, the phone was answered but not as a business rather like a personal line. I scheduled the appointment, 3 days out. I get a call from the same girl wjo took my appointment that I needed to schedule an appointment. I called back, again not answered professionally, and was told it was a mistake and I did have an appointment. I confirmed that it was for the day and time quoted, and she said yes, he has your work order and will be out there that day. Well my window time frame passed by 15 minutes, there was no contact from the company. This company was a NO CALL NO SHOW for a HOME WARRANTY SERVICE REPAIR. I called and went to a voicemail that is a jumbled, muffled mess and left 2 messages. Still no response. To make matters worse I have a very ill young child and I have no way to dry all the soiled clothes and linens. Stay away and use a higher rated with the BBB and customer reviews. They obviously take NO PRIDE in their customer service much less their work they are contracted out to do. If they show up today, you wasted my time...LEAVE!
I have a brand new LG stove. Having a problem with it, I called customer support and was given 3J's number. Terrible response! Not knowing they were closed on Mondays, I called around 10 am and spoke briefly with whoever answered the phone. He said he was in the middle of something and would call me back shortly. When 2pm rolled around and no call, I called LG and they called 3J, and was told that 3J would call me. NOTHING! If they were closed...they should have said so and not leave the customer hanging. They never did call me!
