We love our neighborhood UPS Store. This is our one-stop shop for all of our shipping and printing needs. The staff is friendly and prompt and overall a joy to work with. In addition, they are very supportive of our community.
They are awful! He actually said 10 times "I'm waiting" when I came in for my first Amazon return. My conference will never use this place and I'll drive further out for my services.
Each time I enter this establishment, whether they are busy or not I receive exemplary service. All too often today we dismiss the small businesses and the attention to detail, consideration and just good old customer service they provide. I rent a box for my business and receive quite a bit of mail weekly and use their other services. I am three years into this engagement and I am pleased with the service I receive. I am a big fan of supporting small businesses and this business is divine.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Larry, the owner, is the rudest person there. He didn't pack my package properly and told me I had to pay additional charges for 2 pieces of tape. He is there all the time and trust me he will ruin your day. He should not be face to face with customers. There's a nice Fedex less than one minute up the road, go there!!
Bad customer service. I had an issue with an international shipment and clerk says "How am I supposed to know what to do", instead of doing the right thing and finding out the problem. You work for UPS, thats how you are supposed to know what to do.
