It was my Granddaughter Birthday party when we arrived line was out the door and it was almost time for our birthday party to start had to go find the manager to get in I had told the guy at the door was there for a reserved Birthday a Party..then when finally got the table our hostess said was about to start the party and table wasn’t set up completely and had we had the most expensive package per kid nothing was done correct....I would never have a party with Chuck E Cheese again was not worth the money could have had at home and enjoyed better! Oh yea thanks for the watered down punch that was served to the kids!.....So Done ....Horrible
Food good, but terrible customer service. Manager/owner blamed us for order being wrong. Explained how she is never wrong. Refused to refund money. She was yelling and just plain nasty. Ruined my entire day! Gives privately owned business a bad name. I will stick to the popular larger chains who value customer service and will not tolerate verbal abuse from employees.
This chuck e cheese was very clean and spacious. The customer service was very good and the food was brought out in less than 20 minutes. We arrived after 11 am on a Saturday and it was not crowded yet. My girls and my nieces enjoyed themselves.
Went to this location on Sunday, December 27th for my mother in laws 55th birthday. We had heard that the location was under new ownership and they were expanding the dining area. We had a large party with small kids and chose the appropriate table to accommodate our party size. Service was slow and not very good, things like not enough cups of water, not enough plates for the amount of people, not enough silverware... etc. The large size pizza has shrunk as well and was smaller than we remember. It also took quite a long time for the food to come out with little to no server interaction. Once the meal concluded we were going to pay the bill and we tried to use a coupon, one that we have used many times in the past. We were told that Johnny's pizza does not accept the coupon. We were offered to speak to the owner if we would like. So the owner came over and literally the fist thing he told us very angrily was " That coupon is a scam and we have never, and will never accept it" from there it got worse. We were talked down to from a very angry person with no provocation from us. We were told that the previous owner accepted it but he did not want to and was not going to, even though the coupon did not only had his specific location and was not expired... So we accepted that he did not want to take the coupon, but we also noticed that we were overcharged for the 3 large pizzas we ordered. So we asked the owner if he could at least take care of changing the bill to reflect the correct amount that we were told by the server the pizzas would cost. He got angrier and not only started shouting at us to leave but told us that we were not welcomed back. Again, we were there with 4 small well behaved children, for my mother in laws 55th birthday dinner... I will not go back to Johnny's pizza ever and it probably wont be open for too much longer if this owner continues to have interactions with customers like the one we had. Here's a tip, partners pizza is about 2 miles from there and soon an OZ pizza will be open at the square. Go there, better pizza, and a much better environment.
Fayetteville, GA. Horrible experience for 8-year old son's birthday party. Chuck E Cheese distracted by other kids not part of our party. Apparently, CC had no idea who birthday was for. Hostess did not have cake out or candles lit for singing happy birthday. Place was a zoo filled with kids that had no tokens bothering our kids for tokens. Grandson fell at one point and 3 bigger kids immediately went for his tokens on the carpet. Been to CC's many, many times but no more.
Steer clear of this location. It is by far some of the worst service I have ever endured in my entire life!
Thank god for the new owners! The pizza is actually delicious!!!!
