This is the worst place to rent .. stay away. They close office without notice on consecutive days. When customer shows up no one is there. For three days, I went there and doors were locked. The cars are not cleaned, dirty inside and out. I received a van with food and open containers of energy drinks left inside panel, a small child while riding with me got bottle of energy drink and drank an unknown amount.She also ate some of the unknown candy. I asked the employee when I first picked up car had the car been washed, I asked twice and was told the car had been washed. However bags of food was in the panel of car unknown to me. Hertz excuse was they only had one person there working. However, that one person I saw there was sitting entertaining a man, not a Hertz employee when I picked up car. I spoke to the Manager, Ms Johnson to exchange this car. I called 5 times to tell them I would be late, again no one answered the phone nor was anyone there, nor voice mail equipment to leave a messages was not on the phone. The equipment had not been sat up. The Manager, Ms. Johnson is unprofessional. When I spoke to her I thought she would have followed up... did she no!! She had little knowledge about what she was doing. I assume she just had the name as Manager, she does not have the skills for management.!!! This office should be closed for such poor service competent employees.
TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! I reserved a 15 passenger van a month in advance but when I came to pick it up the manager told me he rented it out to someone else!!!! He ruined all my vacation plans and did not care!!!
This is the worst rental car company I've ever dealt with. They have this aura about them that they are so great they can treat you however they want. I reserved a premium sedan but when I got to the lot all they said they had was luxury SUV. It was literallyva boat and my wife didn't feel comfortable driving it but they said we could exchange it if she didn't like it. We went back the next day to exchange it. There were so many cars on the lot (30-40). That every parking spot was full and we had to park on the street. All they said they had were 2 minivans ) still no premium sedan. I asked to speak to the manager and he was smug and said that's all they had. They said every other car was either reserved or out of service. So I said ok, I'll take the minivan but I'm goIng to bring it back tomorrow for a premium sedan. He said I couldn't do that. I said I asked for anything other than a minivan and he flat out refused. I asked for the Area managers # and he said he didn't have anything to write it down with. Despite a pen in his hand and business cards on the counter. I left a voicemail for the Area Manager and he never called me back. Instead he lied and said he'd spoke. To me and that I could not rent from them. I called their Customer Svc who sent me to another location. When I got there they said I had to return the van and that I was not allowed to rent from any Enterprise in Georgia. I called customer service numerous times and no one other then the stuck up manager at the location has ever called me back. The last time I called customer service they told me "We don't have to call you back if we don't want to" and "Sometimes we don't feel comfortable dealing with certain customers". I asked for her manager and she told me that if I wanted to talk to someone else then I needed to "hang up and call back". Seriously...All because I didn't want a minivan!
I am a frequent renter & to be honest..my wife is always looking for better deals...but I always end up telling her that I'm not going no other place other that Fayetteville Enterprise.....they are 5 star service. N.Lewis
