Will NEVER go to this location again. Totally got ignored when I walked in the door. Did not even get a greeting, a "hello" or "I'll be with you as soon as I can". No one at the front counter and 3 people sitting in the main lobby area. Rodrick came out of the bay area and evidently had been helping a customer, and he continued to help her at the counter. I was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM, and I never got an acknowledgement that I was standing there. A gentleman came in behind me and waited a few minutes. After waiting a few minutes he walked up to the other side of the counter and proceeding to talk to Rodrick and ask him if they sold used tires there. He shucked and jived with Rodrick for a minute until he left. I am still standing there with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! After he finished helping the initial customer, a woman that had been sitting off to the side in a chair came up to the counter and around me and he started talking to her. I don't know if her car was done and he was cashing her out or if she had just been waiting for help and sat down. In any case, again, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that I was even there. I felt completely invisible. I had been standing direct center of the counter the whole time and not even a "Hello". In order to avoid a scene, I left. The more I thought about it, the madder I got, so I called back up there when I got home and got Rodrick on the phone after he picked up and put me on hold for 5 minutes. I proceeded to inform him of how horrible his customer service was and that I wanted to know who the manager was. He told me Ozzie, but then also told me HE was a manager too. What a joke ! He needs basic customer service training to learn first how to be a good employee, and then maybe later once he grasps that....a Manager. I will never come here again ! Learned my lesson. That's what you get I guess when Clayton County moves to Fayette !
Months ago I would have rated this experience a 2 or less. Yet this past week I have had to have an issue with my tires that I purchased from NTB. The service was prompt and speedy. I will be back. They have treated my wife with respect and courtesy.
Rip off!!!! I wouldn't take my car there again. I asked them to tell me what was wrong with my car. After I was told a price. I called the dealership and it was cheaper I decided I didn't want the services. Then the front desk clerk said it will be a $98 dollars diagnosis charge because I didn't want to pay $559.00 the tax to get an idle replaced, gaskets, and air filter. I hadn't signed or wasn't informed of this charge up front. It was a different sign up when I left came back try they changed the board with prices everywhere. I was told they had me on camera telling me the prices. I asked to see it but then they couldn't show me. I'm a honest hard working person I pay my bills . Rip off
I was recommended by a church member from the car care team Saturday July 16th, 2016. I called Justin and made an appointment for Wednesday July 20th. I arrived and was greeted at the door. I was serviced and given a quote. They made me feel welcomed and I will be returning to them to finish the job. I recommend them to anyone who want honest loyal people to work on your car. Bringing a vehicle to this shop has definitely become a regret, as it was dropped of early Nov 2015 and stayed inoperable even to Mar 2016. The only apparent reason the vehicle is inoperable is due to lack of labor - not getting around to it? Poor communication from owner/operators, and a lack of proper forms to document transactions all imply nonprofessional misconduct from this company. If you are in need of auto repair, please do not consider.
My husband and I purchase a vehicle in 2006 we paid $2600 cash due to minor issues we took the vehicle back for repairs which he offered to do but never did ended up taking him to court ordered to pay us back he never did he knows how to beat the system he should be locked away for a very long time
