Absolutely awful. The doctor I saw was unprofessional, unkind and made me feel embarrassed for being there. I was also made to wait well past my appointment time. I went to a different facility for this type of treatment last year and they were wonderful. I wouldn't waste your money on this place unless you're okay with being made to feel ashamed.

Took my nephew in and they checked him out and they didnt give him medicine then the next day took him to the er and he had the flu im very disappointed in the urgent care and the way they check babies out will not take anyone to that urgent care i would rather sit in the er waiting room least i know they will do the right thing
I absolutely love this clinic! At every visit I have been treated with friendly faces and great professional care. My grandson thinks Dr. Park is the BEST!!!!!!
I waited 2 hours for my turn with pain management Doctor. Cubicles had worn out chairs to sit in. I waited by a man, wife & 2 yr old child. Yes, the child was allowed back to area. He was exhausted, Dad on some meds & Mom ill equipped to manage child. It made a stressful situation even more stressful. The staff was friendly and professional at getting you out the door quickly afterward with no pain meds referring me to my doctors office and providing me with wrong number. Not a happy patient in pain...
Dr.Bradford himself is a great doctor, til he brings up your personal past and asks if you are addicted to pain pills because his nurse Shana thinks you are, because she doesn't care and her face and the way she looks at you says it all nor does she pay attention. I have severe pain down there in my lady parts,so i had surgery and guess what??? I'm still having pain and its terrible. So when i went to see them yesterday it got turned around on me some how an a lot of my personal traumatizing things got brought up that was none of there business nor the reason i am having pain. I'm just saying if you want a nice staff and a doctor who doesn't try to give you pills or surgery for pain than don't go here.
They reason why I'm writing this review is because the office manager and the girls is not very professional at all. They make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. Dr. Simmons is a great doctor and loves his patients. He is a great doctor.
I have called the health department at various times on various days, about 12 times. They've never answered the phone. Very lazy staff.
Dr Daidone is a scam dr. He doesn't help people that are actually in pain. Most people that see him have nothing wrong with them but a habit and he'll give them so many narcotics just to fuel their addiction but won't help those that actually have true problems. Him and his staff are very rude. Do not go to him. Most pharmacies won't accept his prescriptions because he writes so many to people that don't need it. I left him after about 6 months because he didn't listen or care. I signed numerous record release forms and he did nothing with them. I don't think he even requested them. You have to take off all day just for the appointment. He books 6 people in a 30 minute block because he's all about money. Stay away from him.
I know its hell to get a referal for them to accept . when i had NO insurance is no problem getting a yearly now that I have insurance its been crazy trying to get them a referral to them cant mail it cant do nothing but fax that great for some one that is in a wheel chair and no way to go fax ..smh Im mailing it and hopefully it will be up to par for them .. geez it should bt matter how they get it as long as they get it .. and funny before i never needed one all about money for Drs and such
Dr Diamond is an outstanding neurologist. The best in NWA without a doubt. I highly recommend him and his staff.
