Worst experience ever. The managers must hate people. They treat them like dirt at the preowned. Sales manager was a jerk. No one should ever be treated this way when making such a large investment. 2014 white sierra 3-13-17
Very poor customer service! Rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. If you want that kind of service go there!!! You'll be pleased! HA! What a joke this place is especially based on customer driven.
I have known Michael for 3 years now. I'm a student at UoA. They offered great service/repairs to my Saab linear 93 on many occasions. They also have a great inventory of cars for sale. I highly recommend this place.-Vinith
I am very pleased with my purchase from Car-Mart. Matt was extremely helpful. He showed me cars that were within my budget. The loan process always takes a little time, but they were very accommodating, and we drove out with our "new" car within a couple hours. Jenny was helpful also, and the lady that takes care of all the paperwork, was efficient and quick. My payment is less than requested, and all in all, I Love Car-Mart!! P.S. I drove to S.D and back over the week-end, and the car drove like a charm!!
I've bought several from Gary n his father over the past 15 yrs so has my father.. We keep going back for a reason.. We like them with any vehecile at any car lot it's some times you win some times you lose.. Can't always be 100% certain about the car when it's used.. They straight up with you tell you it's used n as is so ain't no bs n not on them if it's not a great car Or truck.. Actually going there Monday to get another one from them..
Terrible! DO NOT GO to theses Jokers! They fake you into giving credit info and then screw you! I even asked "I thought that it was no credit needed?" The BIG Momma over there "Jenny" said we signed otherwise. Not true! They keep you there for hours to wear you down then don't even bother to call you later! BTW do not trust "Matt" there either he is just a tool for the rest of the rip-offs there!

I bought a jeep there and I've had to put more than what's its worth into it. Then they charged me an extra $500 for a warranty I don't seem to have tried to take it back and they said they would trade me into something else and the A/C didn't work. So I kept the jeep because they wouldn't give me my money back and now I have to spend another $2000 to fix wheel barrings and whatever is making it snoke from under the hood. I got my jeep in August of 2014. Horrible people just typical car sales men!! Neve get a car from this place
Osburn Motors stole my car in broad daylight with a flatbed truck. They reprinted a title and claim they never sold it to me. Still suing.
This is the only business I know that can sell u junk n tell u not to worry that sence u brought up concerns they will correct it by makeing appt to fix it but charge u for parts n labor. Then with an argument they pay for the repair but don't do it according to ASE certified regulations n tell u in turn that ur lucky they did what they did couse once u drive off the lot ur responsible for anything there after, leaveing u holding the bag on repairs to a vehicle that was suppose to be liable when u buy it. So u buy junk plus u got to pay for parts n labor or repairs that should have been repaired be for they sell it. They rush u thru a closing session with a recording of it n when something is different afterwords they say they will pull viedo to see if it was said during closing session. But when they say it wasn't the way u said they said, they have the option to go in the room next door to the one ur in n edit that viedo so it classafieds what they want it so say said n they don't think that if u buy something not road ready that their not responsible. If ur an experienced mechanic u will b ASE certified to prove to the consumer that u know ur business, this place has no ASE certified mechanics so u can't trust that as a consumer that they did what they was suppose to with the knowledge their suppose to have, leaveing u to believe they just jerryrigging to get u out of their face. And they try to make appts so far away as to avoid any lemon law or responsibility, saying u waited to long to tell them so ur now responsible for it. That's consumer fraud in a big way. And the sales mgr stated that coustomers r saying that their selling junk. Its true, leaveing the consumer liable. So why don't we all just go to the junk yard and buy something, that's what their selling. At least if we do repairs we know what was done or not and if it was done rite or not, leaveing us as consumers knowing that were responsible for what we've done.
