I have been going to this tanning salon for 4 years. The salon is nice and clean and well maintained. The beds are great and I just started using the large bed which gives you a faster tan and I love it. The package prices for all their beds are very reasonable. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beware of GLO tanning in NWA or Ft Smith. Especially the Management and the owner!We were warned repeatedly not to join there as tanning members when we moved back to Fay bc it was overpriced and greedily run with high pressure sales etc. Suddenly at the beginning of the year all these new rules started including Having to prove u are wearing eyewear each time or u have to purchase some from them. Fine. So I purchase overpriced eyewear for each of us. But two weeks ago when I go to open mine, one of the eye protectors rolls immediately behind the bed bc they were not connected. So as I leave I explain to the girl that I need the other half back please. I could see it. She could see it. Just needed a broom to get it out. Nope, she was going to get it and it would be there the next time. Ok great. But it wasn't. So I was told a note on my acct was left and the manager was made aware and another note left but I would have to buy more if I wanted to tan. Yes , obviously I want to tan bc I pay a ton each month to do but why do I have to buy another pair when I just wanted to get mine from the very beginning. They were NEVER lost! Anyway, 3 visits later, three phone calls later I was told over and over i was going to get them the next visit and the next. So tonight in deep frustration I put my foot down and talked to the same manager as I had once before. Just give me what I paid for, offered to get with a broom each visit or replace them from ur big container of others. She refuses. And starts getting pissed. Well now I am too. And I took my husband as a witness to it all bc it had gotten to be a stupid dishonest racquet to make me keep buying more. As I leave the owner Onyi shoes up. I try to explain the situation. And pointed out that none of what his staff had promised had been done. I had been fed a lie each step of the way. That's the big picture! Shouldn't each individual person be held accountable for what they said but DID NOT do??Of course not. His simple reply was a smug " not my problem ...You bought them and let them roll behind the bed. He kept repeating that. Not my problem. Really? How was it my problem? Bc they fell out of the case u sold them in?? Well sir, it is bc u own the business. It is your problem bc u hired the staff that didn't follow thru with the promised notes, calls or retrieval. The point is to run a decent business where the customer is treated kindly and reflected from the owner down Sir, it's not the point that I CANT buy more eye wear, it's the point of how YOU treated me and how ur staff did not follow thru. It's the Point that I have spent more than $1,000 their on tanning and products and spray tans on my whole family in just the last 7 months!!! Can u not afford to or were u not raised to do the right thing ?A simple replacement pair would have kept the customer happy. It would be the right thing to do. Or even apologize but to keep saying NOT OUR FAULT rudely over and over and not offering a solution ...But now, I'm so pissed off and so is my husband that I will take great pride in costing u a fortune in lost income by referring every one I know to any place else Via all of our social media, word of mouth and in reviews. But hey, since we are stuck in a contract for 5 more months with u ( hate the thought of giving u $150 a month ) I will try to cost u that much at least Learn to deal with people better !Don't even get me started on the worst orange blotchy spray tan My daughter got there before her pageant. But the manager gave me the offer of a life tIt must just be our judgement, lots of people like that shade of orange. And the splotchiness. But if u will come in and pay US for another one we will discount THAT one. Really, we paid $65 for a crappy one and u will make it better by charging us for another one?( we were told around $35 on the phone but when Addyson checked out I wasn't with her and they charged her $65!!!!)
Clean beds, but they are too expensive and very pushy with products and trying to make you upgrade. I will change places.
The "owner" doesn't handle customer problems. He leaves that to the undertrained, "cute" female staff members that he "trains to handle customer issues". DO NOT DO AUTO DRAFT because even if you call to check status to make sure that nothing is drafted out - they will still draft if you have your card on file. I called and was told my "freeze" was in place (by one of the staff members who was trained so diligently by the "owner") then low and behold the money was drafted out of my account. When I asked for the owner - who is there with all his lil cute female workers all the time - i was told he doesnt handle customer issues. What a joke. There is a tanning salon on every corner in Fayetteville, AR - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
TLC is a great place to tan!! great deals and super close to university of arkansas campus! you can leave your lotion there so you dont have to worry about bringing it every time they are so nice! TLC is the best place to tan in fayetteville!!!
