I had a moped that could not get a spark, went to 3 other repair shops and still couldn't figure out the problem, was referred to moped U by another local shop in the area and took it there. The tech got it to spark and running again pretty quick. The man knows what he is doing. Nice work. A+ cool people.
WOW! Their service was amazing! I went in to get my scooter looked at and repaired. Being a young women I am usually skeptical of going into repair shops because I am usually given the run around and charged for everything under the sun. I took my scooter originally for a tune up, break check, and starter fixed the quoted me about $180 (which I thought was very reasonable for that amount of work). There was a miss understanding when I went to go pick it up a day later (which I was already confused that it only took a day to fix everything) that it wasn't actually ready. Instead of them acting as if it wasn't their fault they took full responsibility and ended up going above and beyond. Caleb, one of their front desk worker was such a doll! He ended up talking to his boss and comping my bill and to top that off they gave me a rental until everything was fixed! Only took them a business day for repair once on the lift. LADIES, or men, if y'all ever need your scooter repaired take it to Moped U because they WONT give you the run around and well take complete care of you!
I am the dealership manager and I know for a fact I have never charged you or anyone else 200 dollars for a corroded wire. We offer really good service and a more than fair price, and if your bill was $200 a wire was not your only problem. I don't know what your motive for posting this review is but if you had an issue with the service we provided you certainly never brought that to our attention. If you had a problem a simple conversation could have resolved it instead of some spineless post on the yellow pages. I am guessing you're one of those obnoxious people who are impossible to satisfy and truly enjoys complaining and being difficult. You are not, and never were one of my customers and if you have any further comments to make I would appreciate you coming to the store and making them in person. If not I am sure Roll-Out would love to have your business!
