I dropped my ball gown off 2weeks ago to be steamed and have the bead work cheaked. Picked it up today 3 days before the ball and they hadn't even touched the bead work!! Matter of fact, I lost a bead when I took the dress out of the bag. I live an hour away from the store and they want me to bring it back so they can fix it. Then I would have to trust them to either ship it to me in time OR drive back to pick it up.

If i could give this shop a negative star I would, but it makes me pick at least one. Stay away from this Shop!! Go to all consignment stores before you step foot into this store! The owner of this store is very very rude and does not take ownership of her mistakes! They do not know the products that they carry. We placed an order gave a down payment and 5 days later received a call saying that the dress we chose no longer comes in the color requested. A text with 2 pics of different dresses were sent demanding to pick one of the two. How can you pick a dress that you didn't try on and expect to pay $200.00 for it. After a week of going back and fourth a dress was ordered and asured us that it would arrive on the 20th. We had to pay a $20 rush order fee for their mistake in order to have this dress in time. Well the wedding is in a week and till the day we have not seen this dress. We have called over and over and no one answeres the phone. At last we reached "CHRIS" the owner and let me tell you, she the ruddiest, unprofessional person I have come across in a long time. Customer Service is not in her nature. They promised that this dress was to come in on the 20th and it didn't, then she said it would come in on the 27th (3 days before the wedding) - still no guarantee that it would. She did not care that alterations needed to be made. When all this was explained to her, she didn't care. Her response was..."alterations can be made in an hour... no be deal! Because of her, this wedding has been in a limbo! I am warning all of you out there, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THIS SHOP! She needs to go out of buisness. I ignored the other comments and still went, boy do we reget it but we sure have learned a lesson.... if you too ignore this warning, can't blam anyone but yourself.
