It's been over 2 months since I've been to the store and brought it to their attention the used s5 they sold me is tagged as lost or stolen. It took a month for a manager to contact me and he said give me a week to make it right. It's been almost a month and haven't heard from them since. Next step is to file a police report. $300+ on a paperweight.

friendly and professional staff there. A few days ago, I tried to replace a broken iPhone 5c screen by myself. However, in the end the new screen didn't work. I brought the phone to phone doctor. Within 2 mins, one guy there made it work and didn't charge me. What a pleasant experience!BTW, I had the toolkit & still spent almost 3 h working on it by myself but didn't work it out though I have an Electrical Engineering degree. I will never do that any more. Instead, just ask phone professionals for help.
Fast, friendly service. Had the charge port fixed on my galaxy s3. was done by the time I got off work, and was only half of what other phone repair places charge. Very happy.
I am extremely disappointed with my service here. I was making part of my payment in cash and then part on my card for an upgrade.They put the cash in the cash register then their card machine wasn't working. So I was fine and just asked to have my cash back and they said they can't issue refunds. So after being there for an hour I never got my cash back or my upgrade
I only bought one case from them and I wish I didn't. Simply list facts below:1. No refund - but they don't say a word about that to you. It is printed on your receipt - if you don't read it, you never know. Even if you read that line it would be too late already - you've paid. To make it worse, they even told me that they are not allowed to tell customer this policy beforehand;2.You can only exchange it once - they don't say that either and it is not printed on the receipt. However, when you come back to exchange, they will take your receipt and will not give you another one, meaning you cannot exchange again.In all, DO NOT buy from them!
