Horrible! NEVER again! I sent in a complaint to the website and the owner called asking me to give them another try. We went in last night and after a long wait received terrible haircuts and terrible service! I want my money, time, and hair back!

Overall
By far the worst haircut...

By far the worst haircut I have ever seen. My poor 3 year old son now has a haircut that is straight from the movie "Dumb and Dumber." The bangs are rediculous, cut straight on his forehead, three inches above his eyebrows. I told her 1/2 an inch off, she cut more than 2 inches off. I had to ask her to stop cutting. Now I have to take him somewhere else to get his hair buzzed all over.
