I literally just called up there looking for an ac controller for my truck, no big deal, the guy who answers the phone says he isn't sure whether or not he had any or not, so there is a long silence, I ask "slow computer? My work machine is slow as Christmas". His response was great! "Oh you want me to look for one? , just a sec" Really, guy? Really? Screw off. Then he says "I can get you a new one for 289..... If I wanted a new one I would have bought it at auto zone or OReilly s, whom I had already indicated that I had called. ...... useless, completely tee totally useless waste of oxygen

Very helpful, and fast they were able to find the part i needed within two days, and it was a third of the price of a new one! I would definitely recommend them!!

I called and asked if they had any 95-97 Lincoln town cars because I'm looking for a-- rear deck carpet - - The guy said they have a few of them and to come down there to look because they don't inventory stuff like that. So I said okay.. I drive down there.. It's 34 degrees outside.. He tells me to walk to the back of the yard then turn left and walk and you'll see all the Ford cars... So I do that. Well I get down there.. By now I'm freezing cold. There is no Lincoln town cars at all besides ONE!! And it's around a 2000 to 2002 model... So I call them and told the guy on the phone I found the Ford cars and there isn't a Lincoln town car besides just that 1....He says "well I guess we don't have any then, I thought for sure we had a few"... I hung up!! How do you NOT know if you have a car or not! Would NOT recommend that place at all.

these guys treat their customers like trash. complete disreguard for their customers. they won't get anymore of my money.
