Overall

I love this gym, has everything I need. I like the fact that it’s an actual gym not a planet fitness that just wants your money and then does not in any way help you reach your fitness goals. The staff are extremely friendly and actually have experience working out in gyms and can answer your questions.

I joined the fayetteville location several months ago and have found it to be a great club. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. There are always clean towels for my use. I joined ed for the cycling classes and the Les Mills classes. Their instructors are so.e of the best I have encountered. Just excellent. My only complaint is that they are using the Les Mills cycling class. The only gymn in Fayetteville with that class is Clubhaus.

Worst gym and extremely rude staff. They stated in the beginning how easy it would be to cancel if I wanted out and I've had nothing but problems. I will be going to the bank today and changing all of my information since they won't be reasonable about anything. It's extremely petty for a business to act this way just to get money and not care at all about customers or having good customer service. Will not be coming back. Ever.

SUPER RUDE AND REALLY SKETCHY. I recently relocated jobs so I no longer needed my membership in the Bentonville area. I called to cancel my account over 4 months ago and spoke to a gentlemen who was glad to help. All good so far. Apparently this never actually happened though. After checking my account I found out that my account was still being charged. No biggie. When I called to address the issue and I was treated very rude and basically called a liar. I asked if they could easily track the last time I had been in. They said yes, but it wouldn't matter because I was probably still lying. Awesome customer service. You can have my $40 and here is your crapy review.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My 3 month baby was left in her carseat the whole time crying. All the other kids were crowded around her carseat pocking and prodding. She cried b/c she was poopy, but nobody knew because she wasn't picked up. and I was never notified. The adult to child ratio in AR was not followed. After 1 yr I called to cancel to my surprise I had been signed up for two yrs. Justin C. had told me that my membership was for 1 year and then month to month. I called several times then went into the gym to talk to a manager. I waited 45 minutes. When the manager Tim Thomson was finally able to attend me the first thing he said to me was, "well, this must be important" (very sarcastically). He told me that I was only paying 10$ a month for 3 kids and if I didn't like it that I could get a babysitter. He said, now come on what's the real reason why you are not coming to exercise? referring to the weight I had gained from pregnancy. What a joke! Do not go!

I was concerned about joining and signing up for training due to my health and a shoulder injury. I was told if it didn't work out that I could cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. Well that's not what the contract says and I trusted them. Now I am stuck paying hundreds of dollars that should be going to physical therapy. So, I will have to wait a year before I can get much needed medical care so I can pay these guys. Oh and I've paid for4 months of training and haven't used 1 session.

They claim "no contract" beware! I signed up with the intent to have no contract for my membership and training which we agreed on. I gave them my debit card to deduct each month and they needed my electronic initials and signature on one of those little pads. Beware! They took my electronic initials AND signature and falsely placed them onto a contract that I was never given, I never saw it, and it was never discussed! Now they are claiming I did in fact "sign a contract" and they are screwing me over for $1,100 for the next 11 months or I will go to collections. They were no help, they lied to me, it's unethical and now they could care less. They clearly knew what they were doing and now they can't help me. Do NOT electronically sign anything!!! Force them to print anything out you may need to sign! The same thing happened to my friend and she asked to see what she was signing and they showed her on the computer her address confirming all info was correct. Lie! They placed it onto a contract that she never wanted or agreed on!

I would give them negative stars if I could. They bought a contract from Powerhouse. Neither business notified me. They continued to charge my debit card on an infrequently used card until they emptied my account. several hundred dollars. They charged me 4 times as much as other members because of what was stated in the purchased contract. They refused to speak with me about this and attempt to resolve the issue and continued to charge me even though my contract had expired. Then turned me in to a collection agency to get more money. I never stepped in their gym for the year and half they stole my money. Very rude about cancelling my membership and made me finally come in to sign some BS paper to end my so called contract.



My main issue is they never notified me. They stated that was Powerhouse's responsibility. I think not. They could have "welcomed" me to their gym at least.
