Service. Extremely difficult to work with to get a service appointment any less than a week out. Called Toyota of NWA and got an appointment that works with my schedule.
I must say that I couldn't expect a better treatment and better service when I came to Toyota of Fayetteville with my friend whom I was visiting at the time. I freshly got my car on repokar com and the tires needed to be changed, as I didn't manage to do it in Michigan, my friend advised me to do it together as he had the same problem. So we chose Toyota of Fayetteville for this and none of us regretted this choice! It was a profitable journey indeed!
This is the kind of used auto dealership I really like and appreciate. They were moderately friendly, but very serious and competent, so I got an exhaustive information on the car I considered to buy with their help. The prices are reasonable and quite attainable even if compared with repokar com, that I consider one of the cheapest auto trading sites. So finally I was satisfied and got what I expected.

I bought a jeep there and I've had to put more than what's its worth into it. Then they charged me an extra $500 for a warranty I don't seem to have tried to take it back and they said they would trade me into something else and the A/C didn't work. So I kept the jeep because they wouldn't give me my money back and now I have to spend another $2000 to fix wheel barrings and whatever is making it snoke from under the hood. I got my jeep in August of 2014. Horrible people just typical car sales men!! Neve get a car from this place

Uh, NO. I had my own financing, they didn't want to use. I used theirs, my loan was sold to some company who never contacted me until the first payment was past due, repeated calls to finance manager to find out where to make my payment did not get answered. Service was fine up to the signing of the paperwork, after that, it hit bottom.
DONT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET LIED TO AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THAT DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT HITTING THEIR SALES.
