About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to stay away from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before ever renting from them. If you do make the terrible mistake of renting from them, here are a few things you need to be aware of. 1. Reading your lease agreement and abiding by it 100% does not matter (especially when you move out). You will not get your deposit back. That can be from a few ways. There might be a months rent you owe once they magically roll you over to a month-to-month that you never knew existed after your lease expires, or you might have to pay an outrageous cost to make your house move in ready (I personally was charged for 9 volt batteries amongst other crazy things). Either way, by security deposit and hello another months worth of rent. 2. The people you deal with in the front office are terrible. I'm sure they deal with a lot of craziness in a day's time. I'm a pharmacist. I know how that is. However, I would never treat a customer the way I was talked to/treated. One person in particular, Brandie, will talk down to you and will not help you in any way. Do not email her if you expect a response in the next month or so. Do not expect a call back if someone else you talk to tells you they will have her call you back. It's like a nurse telling you they will have a doctor call you back about the messed up prescription they just wrote for a patient. 3. Do not expect to reason with them on anything. What they say is what will happen. Even if you show them the lease agreement clearly says something else, it will not matter. If you are a lawyer, or know a good one, by all means, go at it. But in the lease, it clearly states that attorney and court costs will be supplied by you, the tennant.I hope this review saves someone in the future from making a terrible mistake. Also, I apologize to those who hate reading long reviews, but trust me, reading the rental agreement will be a lot worse.

These people are absolute scum - zero apathy, empathy, sympathy, any of the psychological traits that make for a good HUMAN BEING, they lack for their fellow man, woman, child, dog, centaur...ANY and ALL living beings mean nothing to these people. I'm not badmouthing because I have been late on rent. In fact, I've had NO issues whatsoever on my end, they're constantly accusing me of being late, I'm not, and when I politely call to address the issue? Nothing but attitude! I literally heard the words, "Well, we'll see..." , the last phone call I made asking for an email address to handle this last gaffe - She said "We'll see..." !!! As in, "Right...trashy-trash that can't pay your rent on time." The attitude in her voice and I could HEAR her eyes rolling as I explained that I have the confirmation email, numbers, transaction number, etc., FROM THEM, to them, to end this nonsense! I just paid the damn fee last month but, I'm not going to do it again. And, apparently, that's a huge problem for them. They get very upset when you don't want to just give them money that you don't owe. Side note - I'm writing this for a friend. However, I have beef with Allred from my old place, too. I found out that my sweet, elderly landlady had passed away through these monsters. "Oh, yeah. She's dead. We're here for the rent. Do you have it?! You'll be making the checks to us from now on." No joke. I'd been renting from that sweet lady for YEARS and adored her. These people are absolute sociopaths with no human attributes whatsoever.

I rented from this agency for almost two years. I am a mentally disabled veteran that requires the use of a service animal. The problems started when they tried to charge me a security deposit for my service animal then they tried to get me to sign a breed waiver saying my dog was a certain type ect...both acts highly illegal under the ADA.The icing to the cake was when I complained about a neighbor and the landlord went directly to the person and parroted what I said and that I'm the one that said it. I was assaulted by the neighbor in question and some of my personal property was vandalised. and it came to light the neighbor and the landlord are friends. I was threatened with eviction bc the neighbor assaulted ME and went to jail and I asked them to remove the drunkard neighbor . They further refused to accept my reasonable requests for accommodation on multiple occasions resulting in my having to abandon the property during which they kept my security deposits and tacked on outrageous sums that they claimed were damages. The carpets were old the paint was old and the fixtures were worn. The leasing agents signature is on the move in checklist saying the carpets were not new. They also said they had to haul off some stuff that their tree trimming crews left.... and charged me a couple hundred bucks for it... well they rerented the property and the woodpile that was theirs in the first place is still there after they sent me a charge for it. Frauds....have fun with fayetteville fraud investigations! Well it's sad when an individual has to file a discrimination complaint and file a criminal fraud case with the DA just to be rid of these people due to a circumstance they created out of a personal conflict of intrest. My advice DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Jerry Allred is not a nice person. While I was in the process of moving out he went into my apartment without any notice at all, and viciously destroyed all of of our remaining belongings. He informed me that there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. He didn't just throw it away. He deliberately destroyed everything he possibly could.

This place is terrible !! When I had first moved in a man named jack worked there and boy was he sweet!! But then another landlord stepped in and he was not! He speaks to his renters as if they are stupid. Every neighbor who rents from this guy say he treats them the same. Please stay away from them!!

This is by far the worse place I have ever rented from! The landlord is rude! Has yelled at myself on multiple occasions where it was very unnecessary . I broke my lease by a few months because of him and he threaten to charge me 3000$ if I didn't didn't "change my attitude " because he insulted my girlfriend! Please do not rent from these people u will regret it!!!!!
