This company left me high and dry with $20,000 worth of repairs to my house, primarily issues with the foundation, that left my porch, driveway, and front porch columns with cracks requiring very extensive and expensive repair. Rausch Coleman is not a reputable builder. And I am not the only one to have suffered the consequences.
This is the worst construction company that I have ever dealt with. We purchased our home in March 2013 and for 2 1/2 years they have made repeated promises, that they would make the repairs, as soon as they caught up on older warranty repairs, I received an email, last month, that says that my home was never covered for warranty, because they built in Joplin only after the tornado and those homes were not covered under warranty. They never even made the repairs that were in our sales contract..
Though my home is overall fine, you better watch the entire construction process like a hawk because the salesman may say one thing and what actually goes into the house may be another. And when you find the problem, there is a good chance that Rausch Coleman will disavow responsibility.
