Worst experience ever. The managers must hate people. They treat them like dirt at the preowned. Sales manager was a jerk. No one should ever be treated this way when making such a large investment. 2014 white sierra 3-13-17
I have to say that after reading so many negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised. Although the category of vehicle I originally reserved was not available (usually the case at other locations as well) I was not charged for the upgrade. I decided to wait for a vehicle in my class thinking it would serve my needs better; however, when it did not, they were extremely understanding and swapped everything over with no problem. Other than the wait time and the restroom needing to be cleaner, I think they are trying to serve their customers well.
Very poor customer service! Rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. If you want that kind of service go there!!! You'll be pleased! HA! What a joke this place is especially based on customer driven.
I have known Michael for 3 years now. I'm a student at UoA. They offered great service/repairs to my Saab linear 93 on many occasions. They also have a great inventory of cars for sale. I highly recommend this place.-Vinith
I reserved a vehicle through enterprise.com. I was needing to take a trip to visit my father in the Hospital. The day of my reservation I get a voice. The voice mail said "Unfortunately we don't have a vehicle for you. We will give you a call if one comes available." Seriously? My father is on his death bed! I tried calling the local number. It would auto answer, then put you on hold for a minute, then it would hang up on you. VERY FRUSTRATING under the circumstances. I called the corporate customer service number. The rep was able to locate me a vehicle at one of their Enterprise locations in a town just north of where I am. The two towns run together and if you weren't from here you would think it's all one town. How come the Fayetteville location didn't try to be proactive and locate a vehicle from one of their other 3 locations in this area? They just were lazy and provided NO customer service. Whatever happened to going above and beyond to take care of a valued customer?
I am very pleased with my purchase from Car-Mart. Matt was extremely helpful. He showed me cars that were within my budget. The loan process always takes a little time, but they were very accommodating, and we drove out with our "new" car within a couple hours. Jenny was helpful also, and the lady that takes care of all the paperwork, was efficient and quick. My payment is less than requested, and all in all, I Love Car-Mart!! P.S. I drove to S.D and back over the week-end, and the car drove like a charm!!
I've bought several from Gary n his father over the past 15 yrs so has my father.. We keep going back for a reason.. We like them with any vehecile at any car lot it's some times you win some times you lose.. Can't always be 100% certain about the car when it's used.. They straight up with you tell you it's used n as is so ain't no bs n not on them if it's not a great car Or truck.. Actually going there Monday to get another one from them..
Terrible! DO NOT GO to theses Jokers! They fake you into giving credit info and then screw you! I even asked "I thought that it was no credit needed?" The BIG Momma over there "Jenny" said we signed otherwise. Not true! They keep you there for hours to wear you down then don't even bother to call you later! BTW do not trust "Matt" there either he is just a tool for the rest of the rip-offs there!
I have been a regular customer of this Enterprise location for many years and rent a car from them one to two times a month and never had any problem till today.The manager treated me horrible and changed prices and his story no less than 5 times... Telling me that he was going to charge me for the full size car when I had a coupon for a free double upgrade. Then after I told him to charge me for that fee, he changed his story to " I said I could charge you" I don't know who he thinks he was fooling as I heard him say what he said. Managers that can't take care of a regular customer over an extra 2 days rental charge and then threaten me with charging me more for a rental because he could, should not be a manager or for that matter be in the service business. I will never rent from them again and will tell as many people as I can that they should use another car rental company whenever then need a car while in Fayetteville.
Osburn Motors stole my car in broad daylight with a flatbed truck. They reprinted a title and claim they never sold it to me. Still suing.
