About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Horrible service!!

Harassing phone calls, especially to the people you use as a reference. Employees called me daily at 8AM.(Im not even a customer!) I asked politely that they "please stop calling my number and remove me as a reference." But was rudely told "No,***** needs to pay their bill or we will keep calling you." When did it become ok to call and threaten people who don't even owe your sorry excuse for a business money? My advice, save your money and pay cash for your home items. This place needs better training for their employees if they want to be a successful here.

Eagle Real Estate

I agree with the previous review, it appears as though we have had much the same experience. I was treated rudely, lied to and lived in a property that was not repaired from day one. I would advise NEVER using Eagle, Ginger was also rude and condescending. Renter Beware!!!!

Era Four Corners Real Estate

We hired Steven Foster of ERA Four Corners Real Estate to sell our home and property. He made a lot of promises and did not follow through. We were locked into a 12 month contract with him, it was the worst decision ever. He said he would be present during every showing of my property to "sell it" but when we did get showings he would not come, even when we asked him too. He said he would put an information box on our property with fliers in it, we never got this. He said he would put up custom signs for our property, he never did. He put up his signs but did not put them on the highway leading to our property. He said if our property didn't sell within a couple of months he would lower his commission percentage and offer more commission to the buyers agent as an incentive, he never did this. He never regularly advertised our property in the 12 months, not even following through with promises of advertising via free sources like craigslist. He would never advertise our property in the local newspaper. He would never do an open house even when we requested it. He promised to do an "Agent Open House" where he would invite other agents to see our property, he never did this. He would not return calls or texts even if they were sent multiple times or messages left at his office. Although we did get a few other real estate agents that showed our property during the listing time Mr. Foster, nor anyone from his office, ever showed our property to any clients during the 12 month contract. The only time Mr. Foster ever contacted us during the entire 12 months after we signed the listing contract was a couple weeks prior to listing expiring to try and get us to come and meet with him to re-list the property. Hiring Mr. Stephen Foster with ERA Four Corners Real Estate was a huge mistake.
