Buyer BEWARE is absolutely RIGHT!! I purchased a motor from this place an had to make a large down payment to hold motor. When we go to pick up motor it’s different an would require moving things around to make it fit! I asked for a refund of my down payment an was told “we don’t refund deposit!” I had to decide, do I want to lose out on my large deposit or have the mechanic charge me for extra labor hours to make the engine fit! Worst experience ever!

My wife took our 1993 Jeep Wrangler (33k original miles) to replace the 20 something year old Big O Big Foot tires. They destroyed the edges of the factory alloy wheels with the tire machine and left filthy black hand prints all over. Big O just sold me the last tire they will ever sell me!!!!! Do not let these guys touch your vehicle, when they cause obvious damage, they deny it!!!

This four states in farmington nm took us literally 6 and a half hours to fix a frugging power steering!!! We saw other people come and go disappointed and some need to resched again! But seriously, dont go here unless you want to kill yourself!

These folks built and installed a 'hidden winch' assembly for my '99 Toyota 4Runner from scratch in one day. I was VERY impressed with the work and results. We've brought our work vehicles here to install winches and step up bars for our pickup trucks and have never had a problem. Great folks to deal with and reasonable prices Perhaps that is why they are so hellaciously busy all of the time!

Do not take your vehicle here. Customer service was ok. I took my car in to get a bracket put in and they broke others, broke a part on my air intake and wouldn't fix it. Now my car stalls all the time. Part is going to cost me almost $400. They also flushed my coolant system now it leaks constantly. When I confronted them about it. They lied to my face and said it was already like that. Mediocre mechanics with a tendency to flat out lie. Wish they would at least own up to what they messed up. Never again. Even if they wanted to fix it for free.

I will NEVER go to this RIP OFF PLACE ever. I did some of my own front end work and brought it to these morons for a alignment they tried to tell me everything was wrong and wanted to charge me over 300 dollars to fix it without my approval the pulled everything apart before I could go look for myself and when I started getting mad they threatened me to pull my car off there lift with no tires with a tow truck and then proceeded to call the cops I said nothing to bring this upon myself they were caught in a LIE AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!!!especially Matt the manager on duty will never use this place ever and I will make sure that everyone knows it even if I have to post this thing every month for the next year

I was treated disrespectfully. I felt due to ethnicity or gender by manager. $ is same color &w/o gender in times like these.

This company should be called Rip Off Again and Again Auto.They partake in deceptive trade practices and are unqualified to perform the services they advertise. BEWARE!
