Buyer beware! .This company does not stand by it's warranty, product, word or employees. There are entirely too many other more reputable furniture & appliance companies to support. Do not waste your time with this poorly run company.
We purchased all of our appliances & 3 full rooms of furniture almost 4 years ago. Let me say that we live in St. Louis, MO and drove down to Farmington only because of a referral from family & that Hefner would offer a 5 year warranty on our appliances. A desision we deeply regret.
We had a couch that was delivered broken & a Bedroom set that was damaged. Hefners did fix the broken couch & damaged bedroom set.

We purchased the appliances with a 5 year warranty. Over the past 4 years. the microwave, ice maker & most recently the oven has needed to be serviced. Every time I have had to call in the damage to Hefners, it has always been a hassle & the current manager blames the previous employee/manager. The reason I am just now reviewing this company is even though it is only the 4th year into our 5 year warranty period, they are refusing to complete the repair of the oven, claiming that the warranty has reached it's limit. It is absurd that they would sell a 5 year warranty only to deny repairs.


Bought a whole house full of furniture from Hefners. The sectional alone cost $ This was on black Fri a yr ago. Was happy with everything. Within 3 mo. The sectional looked like we got it from a dump. It took them 3 mo. To come out and take pictures but I already sent photosto them two times. They

decided since we had pets this was the cause of the areas that were extremely worn. We bought another piece of furniture at same time that

horrible after the sale

Bought a sectional there. Extremely good quality furniture but horrible customer service after the sale. One of the pieces had a hole in it. They were going to replace it..havegotten the run around for 2 days about when they are to replace it.. been waiting now for a call back for 2 hours when Dan says he will call right back. Would think when you get a $3800 piece of furniture they would treat you better.
