Excellent place to stay. It was clean and quiet. Mike, the owner, was always smiling and taking care of things. It isn't what you are looking for if you expect Hilton quality, but it is perfect for the average hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was nice & clean. However, check out is at 11:00, and we were still getting ready at that time. The maid knocks on the door, my fiance is standing right by the door, not dressed yet, telling her that she wasn't dressed, and that we were going to a funeral. The maid, still tries to push the door open, while my fiance is trying to push it closed. I was in the shower, with the door open, so I got to hear everything. But, the maid, tried her best, to get into the room, yelling "Its passed 11:00". I had even asked the night manager for a late checkout. This is just unacceptable. So, we called the front desk, and no answer. About 20 minutes later, the front desk calls our room. She says I owe her $20 for a late checkout. At this point, it was 11:45. So, the lady says; 11:30 is ok, but afterwards its a $20 fee. So, as we are leaving, there's nobody at the front desk, go figure. This is unacceptable customer service. I won't ever stay in a Super 8 ever again.
Room was clean & spacious. Bed sheeting looked, felt & smelled fresh. Water was hot. Tv & coffee pot worked. Heat was initially off but did work - problem was it was either on or off. Breakfas room truely dismal at besr. Management complains about costs. Feels like they have more building than they can handle. You can see some work being done but....
These photos look good but in reality, the place is run down and not maintained properly. The room we briefly stayed in had a strong, moldy odor; there was thick dust on furniture; when I turned on the heater, it was so dirty that it emitted a strong burning odor that activated the smoke alarm. When I told the manager about this, he said, "I could care less." I called the fire department and they came over and looked at the heater. It was just really dirty but they did find a clump of extension cords that were a violation of code and potentially dangerous. Bottom line: this might have been a decent place years ago, but it is now deteriorated, dirty, and unsafe. When I asked for a refund, the manager said, "Go to Holiday Inn and spend more money." Great suggestion! Don't stay at this place; it's a mess.
When we first got there i noticed it was dark in lobby . my room was clean to an extent. first thing i seen was a roach on the night stand. A big section of paint chipped off ceiling by the window. Had a dead unidentifiable bug on window seal. and indoor pool was freezing.exercise room was locked. and only vending machine there was a soda machine that was pretty much empty. our mattress had a mouse hole in it. i did get to watch the hotel manager get a plastic bag from a guest and run past the empty pool to the weeds and through the bag. then the guest gave him money? it got very loud that evening from t.v.s blaring, to loud sexual noises. i would definately not stay here again. i would of complained but when returning the key room he took it and left to quick
