I am so happy with this office. My child's doctor is so knowledgeable and we trust her advice. The nurse staff/medical assistant staff is very professional and always quick to complete their tasks for us. They do several testing and xrays here so you don't need to leave the office to get everything done that you need. There is also always 4 or 5 physicians working on any given day so I am always able to get a same day appointment if needed. My daughter and I love this office and I would recommend them to everyone!

I have used this office for exactly 1 year. Each and every time there is at LEAST a one hour wait time. You have to schedule your appointment 6-8 weeks in advance to get it. The staff is ignorant and rude. Today we waited 2 hours for vaccines for a healthy child amongst the numerous sick children. We left before even receiving the vaccines after we were told by one of the many ride staff members it takes 30 min to get the vaccines. Well it had been 50 minutes since we had seen the doctor, who came in an hour after her scheduled appointment! Botsford's pediatrics, er, and joke of a trauma center (they are on call!) are doing nothing but going downhill. It's no wonder they're having financial difficulties. And I have immediate family working for them...imagine how they care for people they don't know when this is how they care for people standing with an employee they work with. Ridiculous and shameful. Check google reviews too (poor to fair)
