I eat there at least twice a week today was absolutely the best service I’ve gotten and by the manager.thank you ms manager
NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION !! MOST of the staff are very rude and even get attitudes with you when you requests your food the way you like it. I asked for fresh food in fact, a women name Shahad I believe rolled her eyes at me. she then took the food and yelled they just came up. I watched them re dip them until they were almost burned and hand them back to me. I walked out of the restaurant in such disgust! This is not my first horrible visit. IN fact I've threatened to call cooperate on them a few times. Customer Service if horrible.
Possibly the most underrated burger place around. Especially in an area that diluted with burger joints. This place is ran by a dedicated staff that ensures everything is cooked to perfection. Certainly a place to bring an appetite!
Finally the best whopper I had from this location. I was getting worried because I love Burger King
This place is a joke. Can't get out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes and you get the wrong food. Total waste of time. I drive out of my way to go to another location because I can't expect this location to do their job.
Went there recently for something new, my fiance had heard through a friend this place was good. Interior is a bit cluttered with posters which threw me off at first however the staff was very nice and we felt at home right away. They even spilt our milkshake for us in two cups and went out of their way to be accomidating. Hamburgers are amazing, but go in preparing to eat unhealthy
I have lived in Farmington Hills and frequent this location quite often. Unfortunately after this evening it is quite possible I may not return without an apology from the corporate office regarding how my daughter and I were treated. My daughter ordered and Earthquake Brownie as we have done many times. Tonight it was made without any hot fudge on top and loads of white marshmallow topping. I asked why the item did not look like the picture and other times we've order. I was told by the MANAGER (Host# 20057 on my receipt) -- "This is what you get. It is made like this at every location. We will not give you your money back. (Mind you I never asked for my money back. Only why the item didn't it look like what is advertised and what I paid for). She went on to tell me that if I want it made differently I would have to pay for another one and request no marshmallow topping". Of course as a paying customer I was appalled by her statement and for a split second question her motive for assuming I wanted my money back and that I wanted something for nothing. I'm an African American and stereotypes, be them good or bad, do exist. I politely purchased another Brownie Earthquake less marshmallow topping as instructed. Took photos of both the horrific one and the new one made by the manager as well as requested a receipt for both purchases since my original one was never provided to me. I also informed the manager that I would be checking into this matter with DQ Headquarters to confirm they would endorse such rude behavior towards me. She invited me to do so and never said thank you for paying for your ice cream or anything. As if there was some sense of entitlement to just take my money. I have never is all my 42 years of living on this earth ever experience such Blatant disrespect of my hard earn dollar. I definitely plan to pursue this issue with DQ headquarters but wanted everyone to know my experience as a warning to expect this type of unacceptable behavior from management at this location. Hope your experience is better than mine!
i usually like all subway restaurants but this one is the worst! They are the cheapest owners i have ever seen! If you ask for more lettuce-since they give such sm amounts---they look like their going to cry! They dabble out as little amounts that they can get away with! They charge for a water paper cups! Don't ask for more hot peppers than the 3 they give you! It is so uncomfortable trying to make a sandwhich here--i cant take it anymore! never had a problem with any other Subways!
Service is sometimes slow and check your bags because some items may be missing!
Employees are nice and the food usually tastes pretty good.
