Terrible experience and product. My prescription for a knee brace was sent there with instructions to contact me...never called. When I called, they said they could not check insurance coverage unless I came in. Once there, I waited over 1/2 hour to verify coverage. They said that I was covered but they couldn't verify if a deductible was required and that I may get a bill for it if there was one. What I got was a bill for the whole thing! They claimed that they were unable to determine complete coverage at the time and there was nothing that could be done except for me to pay the full price. The billing agent and the store manager must have experience in this. They both consistently repeated the same limited story and refused to check to see if they used the wrong billing code. On top of that, the Velcro and parts of the stitching lasted about 3 weeks. I should have stuck with Binson’s!




Don't use them. Instead of a medical support company, they were terrible, rude, people. My mother was dying from pulmonary fibrosis. They were being compensated to the point we didn't need to pay anything additional and they still gave me trouble with supplying ample oxygen. It wasn't until she was on hospice that they shut up!! After she passed, I had my say, I called to tell them to come and pick it up, they told me it would be a week. I told them to come get it that day or I would put it in the street!!! Guess what they did!! Its been 2 1/2 years and I am still mad at how they treated us!!




The Respiratory therapist is awful. He talks down to you in condisending manor. He lies to you, doesn't return calls, and generally makes you feel angry and disrespected. I will switch companies because of him.




Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!!! The customer service reps at the desks need a class on professional dress and customer service. It is unacceptable to have customers wait while customer service reps chat with one another, or are just FLAT out RUDE when they do address. Unless your a man. The technicians were good. If I could give this place a -5 they wold have earned it. My wait time and experience was better in the Urgent Care...
