Wish I could’ve had an option to vote 0 stars the worst experience ever, slow and unprofessional I waited 2 hours for pizza delivery.

The manager John was very rude and this was all after they made our pizza wrong! They lady even repeated the CORRECT order on the phone and they still messed it up! I asked for another sauce because I dropped my first one. The lady that took our order insisted that we had made the mistake and not her. So I made the comment "I probably won't come back here again." that made the manager (John) freak out as he proceeded to yell at me and my friend "then get the hell out of my store!" We felt so disrespected that we asked to speak to a manager. He proceeded to yell and say that he was the manager. We won't be going there ever again. The foods good but the staff was very disrespecful! VERY!!

Overall the food was fine. The dessert was not. The peach cobbler was soggy and definitely not fresh so trash and waste of money. We also ordered German Chocolate Cake in which it is not at all. It is a German Chocolate Moose Cake. Please update your oder in system. I hatedon't the cake, gave it to the kids and no one wanted it, OVER dose on chocolate. I'm sure some like it but when you are looking for a true cake and not moose, it's a complete disappointment.

Can I say foodporn lol. I have ate at Pappa's Pizza since they have opened and when I say everything about the food is to die for. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff has always been friendly. if you have never tried this place its a must. There pizza is great the BBQ sauce is amazing and the wings are out of this world. I have tried almost everything on menu and I would order everyday if my wife let me lol. Great job Pappas Pizza and thanks for opening up near my house.

This is by far the BEST pizza I have ever had!! I have ordered from here multiple times and have always been impressed with whatever I get. The owner Randy is a great guy and really cares about giving his customers fresh & fine quality food. I will never order pizza, fries, subs and salads anywhere else!!

Placed on order that cost me $30. I got home and opened my order of "Junk Fries" and found that every single fry was over cooked, burned, and terribly hardened. Keep in mind that the fries are covered with cheese, bell peppers, and bacon bits. I called to inform the owner who apologized about it and offered to deliver a replacement to us. He took our address and we waited. After an hour we called back to find out where he was. He then informed us that he came out but did not see our apartment building, an apartment complex that takes up half of the block and is located on Farmington rd. he then lied and said that he called but our phone said that the person you are calling is not accepting voicemails...this is not a feature on our phone service...The sad part is we were willing to go back to the store and pick up the replacement, he offered to deliver..just to turn around and lie about it. Not worth the effort or the loss of patronage. We were loyal customers. No way to handle business Doh Boys.

That they are good and on time and good price too.
