Worst customer service experience I ever had with this Best Buy store, the staff are very rude and the manager Stephany lies a lot, I tried to update my I phone 6 plus with new I phone 6 S pulse the sales member jimmy at cell phone sales section tried to sell me defected phone and when I told him the phone have manufacturers defect he got attitude and told me he is not going to open up another new i phone, telling me this phone worth $900, that is when I asked to talk to his manager, the supervisor Stephany came over and I explained to her what happen she did not offer any apology instead she asked me what I can do for you, I told here you asking me you are the manager not me, do you want me to do your job too, I called the store again and I asked to speak to store manager, Stephany again came to the phone and pretended that she is the store manager and gave me fake name this time she called herself Shannon, I do not recommend this store to anyone, they are BIG TIME SCAMER
The only 5 star is from Bruce G's rating. This is Bruce Gorman the manager. Terrible experience! We make many purchases a year with ABC. We usually purchase from Hall Rd. location. We ordered a microwave from Farmington Orchard Lake location with regret. The microwave was 1/8 of an inch too large for the custom opening that we have. We went to Hall Rd location to return unopened microwave but they asked to go back to Farmington due to commissions. The salesman Soulat Bashir did not want to help me when I explained to him that I needed to return and reorder appropriate size. He stated that there is not another one smaller before he checked. I looked it up and gave him the modeI number. He then stated that he was going to charge me a 25% restocking fee for the unopened microwave. I told him I would like to speak to someone above him and he chuckled because his partner is the manager. To sum it up, he was unwilling to do any customer service unless he had a large commission.
I bought a TV 5 days ago and wanted to return it. No refunds plus manager Isaac Brown wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Will never buy anything from this store.

Horrible place to do business. My name is Rev. Jerrrick Jefferson. I purchased through Thomas Bond. 1. 3 times he promised delivery and it never happened even after he called me after hours to promise delivery personally. 2. ABC sent me a defective refrigerator and attempted to repair only to find out that there were other things wrong with it. ABCattempted to replace the refrigerator . A delivery guy showed up on this past Sat knocked on mydoor and informed me that he brought out another defective refrigerator and I would have to wait until Tuesday. I am currently without a working refrigerator. Management refuses to be customer service experts by offering a discount. Stay away from ABC at 29199 Orchard Lake , especially stay away from a salesman named Thomas Bond, as he has no integrity.
