9Rounds is only 30 minutes and it's the best workout for any age. Even seniors! For me (70 years old) I exercise for my well-being and this pushed me but not too much. I feel 20 years younger after doing the workout and my heart, lungs, and muscles feel great!
I really like 9Round. There are nine different stations with varying equipment, and the activities are different every day. You never get bored there.It's only half an hour but the intensity of the work makes it feel like a full hour by the end.Instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. Go ahead and give them a try! You won't be disappointed!
Very friendly atmosphere. Great trainers. My family had a lot of fun here.
