I shattered the corner of my Galaxy S8. Very small crack in the lower lefthand corner. The glass was falling off the phone so I brought it to a little kiosk named Device Doctor and was quoted $220 by the man who repaired my phone. I asked was if he would be able to replace the water resistant stripping between the glass and phone, and was told, "yes". When I received my phone back the new glass screen I received was flawless. The woman who checked me out kept the phone in her hand before I paid so I couldn't really check it out before I officially paid. She gave me a very quick look at the glass from about 3 feet away. She asked me what I was quoted and I told her $220. She calls someone and then tells me the price was now $320. Very shady, but I needed my phone back so I pay the extra $100. I then purchase a new screen protector and phone case which were put on for me. When I got home, I took the case apart to reveal the sides of my phone where the screen meets the glass were scratched by what looks like metal tools. All around the phone. Not tiny knicks, but slight bends and scratches from toolmarks showing the "prybar-like" movement he used to take the screen out. There's a slight light bleed in the upper right hand corner of the screen, and glue is peeling out of the cracks between the glass and the phone badly. The glue sticks out of the cracks about as far as the thickness of a dime from the screen. I can also tell the water resistant stripping was damaged during the repair due to seeing the light bleed in the upper right hand corner. There's a piece of fur stuck right over the selfie camera lens that effects the picture quality too. Never, and I mean, NEVER go here if you don't want your phone physically damaged in the repair process. I ended up selling the phone and got my money back that way unfortunately. I also have photos of the damage.
Its a scam. They provide a defective product. I bought a battery for my iPhone from them. the battery stop working within an hour (literally) after buying it. They don't give me my money back and refuse to honor the warranty
