From the moment I walked in, the salesman, Alvin, was wonderful. I was just browsing and he gave me ample space but was available for any questions. As I was leaving, I inquired about one item and he gave me abundant information, offering to inquire if I could pick up the item rather than have it delivered. There was zero pressure. He contacted me promptly and told me I could, indeed, pick it up. I purchased the recliner over the phone an hour later and my hubby picked it up an hour after that. Terrific salesman. As for the chair, comfortable and stylish!
I just found out this place is owned by Jennifer convertibles... they have been bankrupt I think 3 times now... I received damaged pieces 3 times during delivery and they expect a full day delivery window... If I didn't pay with AMEX I doubt I would have gotten my money back
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Furniture delivered damaged. Will not replace and not must wait a month to have repaired. Buy somewhere else

However, i received the worst customer service, i had to make sure to get the word out and help others in making the right choiceNEVER BUY ANYTHING FOR ASHELY FURNITURE!THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL & RIDICULOUS.IT TOOK 2 MONTHS FOR MY FURNITURE TO COME IN, AFTER THEM CONSTANTLY DELAYING THE DELIVERY DATE. I AM CURRENTLY STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE TO COME TO MY NEW HOUSE. I GUESS I HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR TILL THEN. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. IF I COULD GIVE THEM -10 STARS I WOULD.GO TO RAYMORE & FLANIGAN INSTEAD!ASHELY FURNITURE IS A WASTE OF TIME/SPACE/MONEY !!
