        My insurance company put me in touch with CRDN after a fire. They returned several items with problems: a down coat with all the down in one corner, a fake fur collar that had separated from the rest of a cloth coat, a dress that came back missing a fabric broach, etc. We called them to follow up on the problems but by then they had already gotten paid. So they accused of us causing the problems and would simply hang up on us whenever we called.
