Knights of Columbus

I chose to have my engagement party here, a very important day to most, and this office is so unorganized I don’t know if more could have gone wrong. To start, I came to pay the balance of my party and had to find the contract myself after the guy at the office almost wrote down that two different parties, not mine, were paid off with my money. I asked them to schedule a bartender for me. I was called and told it was confirmed, just to have it fall through so I was left with no bartender the day of the party. Thank god the women I hired outside of the knights was able to step in and do what they were too unorganized and incompetent to accomplish. In addition to all of this, i was told i would be able to set up at 10am and no one showed up until 10:30. Also, it should be noted that they only opened at 10:30 because someone “happened to pass by and see people waiting”. Never mind the fact that their hours are supposed to be 10am-12pm, 7 days a week. Apparently because of some miscommunication where no one was informed they were supposed to open on time, I am out of line for voicing my dissatisfaction. Imagine the audacity at the end of the day to tell me that they showed up before 11 at least so i shouldn’t be upset. The office has a lot of work to do to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. I would NEVER recommend anyone to host their event here. If you do, make sure they have the hiccups worked out before booking because you can’t trust a thing they tell you and you’ll most likely regret it. I wish I could get back the money i spent because they don’t deserve a dime. Their disorganization and disregard for how it effects their customers is the only astounding thing about them.
