Bought a new battery e-cig. I asked for a new one to replace the one I had and wanted a recommendation for a long lasting battery. I paid $30. Within 1 1/2 hours it was losing it's battery. I wanted a refund which was refused. I noticed another review described the guy as cocky which was the same in my case. I got the sense that I was interrupting him. Customer service is lacking here.

I was talking to an employee and he was way to cocky. Had that, "I know more then you do" attitude and didn't really help with any service.
Their service is alright at best. They sell the cheapest quality e-juices and their price isn't terrible for it, but 2 out of the 4 times i have been there they sold me the wrong flavor than what i asked for. The first time it happened i was able to get back to the store the same day and the guy that made the mistake acknowledged that he had made the mistake and replaced it for me. The second time i wasn't able to get back right away and when i tried to get the right fluid they wouldn't do it. They could care less about the customer and now lost my business. I would definitely go somewhere else for e-cig business.
