My friend gave me a spa finder gift card and elements was approved on the website to accept them as payment. When I tried to use the card, I was treated like I was a thief and was lying about the websites information. I wouldn't recommend this place because I was treated poorly. I haven't tried their services, but honestly, I wouldn't want to after my experience.
I went in for a tour and I thought this would be a great place to workout and unwind...until I met one of the staff members. Amy is SO rude. She only cares about money and tried to overcharge me for services. If you go to this gym, I recommend researching prices so you aren't taken advantage of.
Everyone is very friendly at elements. I love the classes and all the trainers are very helpful when you have questions. I've been working out at Elements for about a year and have never been motivated like I am. I enjoy going to workout, it' doesn't feel like a chore.
Elements is AMAZING! I've been a member at Elements for years and couldn't imagine going to any other gym. The facility, staff, and extras are great! Their equipment is nice and up-to-date and I can always get on the cardio machine that I want to use. My personal trainer Lindsey is very knowledgeable and fun. She really keep me motivated! The classes offered are also wonderful, lots of variety, like TRX, Group Power/Kick and yoga. As an extra bonus, being in the locker room is like being in a spa! If you try Elements you won't regret it!
The environment at elements is nothing like any other gym i've been to. the staff is genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable, the club is very bright and always clean and definitely smells clean. Great fitness equipment, and great group classes. It's a non-intimidating place to sweat it out, and then relax in the spa-like locker room.
This place is phenominal! The atmosphere is unbeatable! After trying 24 Hour all access gyms, (Who shall remain nameless...) I found that quality beats quantity. The staff are friendly, and have my needs in mind. I truly feel at home, and never feel as though I need to put on a show for others. I can work towards my real goal, becoming a better me!
Check out Elements! I just became a member in May because I wanted to "get healthier" this summer. I thought that it would be like other gym experiences I've had in the past where I dreaded going, but I was soooo wrong. I LOVE going to elements! It's super clean, has great workout equipment, the staff are very helpful and motivating, and there are many options for group exercise classes (my favorite is zumba). I honestly look forward to the time that I can go to elements. You should give it a try and I bet you will agree with me! :)
I have been a member at Elements for almost two years. I have been VERY happy with my membership there. Elements is very, very clean. The entire staff has been so helpful whenever I have had any questions. There is a variety of great classes (ZUMBA is my personal favorite) and I love the infrared sauna! Give it a try. I bet you will love it too!
Elements is a very clean facility, they disinfect after you take a shower. They have a variety of classes you can participate in, or you can do your cardio and weights. They also give health info and some cooking classes so that we can plan nutritious meals. There's a room where we can relax, watch television, or just sit and have a cup of tea or coffee. There's a sauna, and massages are offered. You can bring a friend for a small fee. I brought one of my daughters once. What I like best is that it caters just to women.
I called to ask for help with the company's website and to get info on the free trial service. I spoke to someone who said they would follow up with me. It had been a few days since I heard back so I called and the staff was rude. It has been over a week and still no response from my online or phone call inquiry. I wouldn't use there services, but it would have been nice if there had been some follow through. My advice- go somewhere else!
I received awful service from Amy. I am moving to the Fargo area and was looking for a gym and was interested in learning about offerings. Amy was so rude over the phone that I decided to look else where. I need a place to go and relax, not somewhere that treats clients like dirt. If you decide to use there service work with anyone else at the location- the rest if the staff is very helpful and nice.
