Staff and trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging a custom program. They are also positive and encouraging.

Members and future members beware. This gym will swindle and lie to you to get you as a member. They lie about there cancelation policies during sign up and tell you that for a fee you can cancel at anytime. And when you do all of a sudden things change. The facility is small and cramped during the busier hours and have fun working around all the trainers. Outside of that though the gym itself is nice and clean and the 24/7 access is a plus. To bad they are dishonest with there members. If I'd had not been lied to I'd have not only gone with paying monthly uncontracted I'd have probably gave a much better all around review
Everyone is very friendly at elements. I love the classes and all the trainers are very helpful when you have questions. I've been working out at Elements for about a year and have never been motivated like I am. I enjoy going to workout, it' doesn't feel like a chore.
Can't say enough good things about this place! Love the staff, the classes, the nutritional items. Super women's gym!
Elements is AMAZING! I've been a member at Elements for years and couldn't imagine going to any other gym. The facility, staff, and extras are great! Their equipment is nice and up-to-date and I can always get on the cardio machine that I want to use. My personal trainer Lindsey is very knowledgeable and fun. She really keep me motivated! The classes offered are also wonderful, lots of variety, like TRX, Group Power/Kick and yoga. As an extra bonus, being in the locker room is like being in a spa! If you try Elements you won't regret it!
The environment at elements is nothing like any other gym i've been to. the staff is genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable, the club is very bright and always clean and definitely smells clean. Great fitness equipment, and great group classes. It's a non-intimidating place to sweat it out, and then relax in the spa-like locker room.
This place is phenominal! The atmosphere is unbeatable! After trying 24 Hour all access gyms, (Who shall remain nameless...) I found that quality beats quantity. The staff are friendly, and have my needs in mind. I truly feel at home, and never feel as though I need to put on a show for others. I can work towards my real goal, becoming a better me!
Check out Elements! I just became a member in May because I wanted to "get healthier" this summer. I thought that it would be like other gym experiences I've had in the past where I dreaded going, but I was soooo wrong. I LOVE going to elements! It's super clean, has great workout equipment, the staff are very helpful and motivating, and there are many options for group exercise classes (my favorite is zumba). I honestly look forward to the time that I can go to elements. You should give it a try and I bet you will agree with me! :)
I have been a member at Elements for almost two years. I have been VERY happy with my membership there. Elements is very, very clean. The entire staff has been so helpful whenever I have had any questions. There is a variety of great classes (ZUMBA is my personal favorite) and I love the infrared sauna! Give it a try. I bet you will love it too!
Elements is a very clean facility, they disinfect after you take a shower. They have a variety of classes you can participate in, or you can do your cardio and weights. They also give health info and some cooking classes so that we can plan nutritious meals. There's a room where we can relax, watch television, or just sit and have a cup of tea or coffee. There's a sauna, and massages are offered. You can bring a friend for a small fee. I brought one of my daughters once. What I like best is that it caters just to women.
