I paid in full when I ordered my Bari Jay dress, which was sewn incorrectly. There was a spot on the bodice that stuck out because it was sewn too loose. I brought my dress into Weding Elegance and tried it on for three of the employees and had one take pictures of it. They took three weeks to even try anything on my dress and then mailed it to me four days prior to my event with some loose stitching to tack down the bubble, the sides(of a dress that had fit) let out, and still messed up. When I called to tell them that it was still messed up they made me an appointment to get take it in and pay out of pocket for the repairs that should have been done. They offered no help, apology, or discount for a broken product.
