First time renting a car. I needed a car for the weekend for my friend's wedding. I was a bridesmaid so there was alot to do, starting with a beauty appointment at 9am. I got to enterprise at 8 and was driving off the lot at 8:15! Excellent service and car was great too! A cute little Nissan Versa. Highly recommend it and I will be renting again in the future. Enterprise also has a lower rate than Avis and budget.
I just rented a car for 4 days. Justin was fabulous. He was very helpful and pleasant. He was calm and professional even though he was crazy busy. They should, however, have more staffing. I rented the car on a Sunday, during the summer on Cape Cod and they only had one person staffing the counter and one picking and dropping people. I had to wait two hours for a pickup and then I waited another 30-45 minutes for my turn at the counter once I got there. The wait wasn't due to any other reason than that they need more staffing. Justin was very efficient but there were just too many people renting to only have one staff member on.
The man who picked us up in the car was really unfriendly. They quoted one price over the phone and then claimed a price that was much higher. They treated us as if we were lying. The young man behind the counter was the only redeeming quality. They were evasive in answering our questions. Wouldn't recommend them at all .
This company does not know how to spell customer service. To them Customer Service is a foreign word. We were running 20 minutes late, would arrive after closing time. They told us come back when they were open two days later. The owner gives the manager no flexibility. If you are thinking of renting, run the other way.
THIS PLACE OVERCHARGED ME $300 FOR A 3.5 HOUR RENTAL. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I WILL BE SUING THEM TOMORROW.
