The outstanding customer service in the Don Beyer Kia Service Department was such a refreshing change from what I have dealt with in the past.Every single person that I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and VERY professional. The customer service waiting area was lovely, complete with upscale seating areas, TV, work stations and free snacks!The work was done in the time quoted at the rate quoted.As the Director of a local Chamber of Commerce, I frequent many local businesses each day and see lots of examples of customer service, good and bad. Don Beyer Kia has nailed it. I will definitely be back and will definitely be recommending you to my friends and associates!
