At first I was very skeptical because I could not find a lot of information about this business online, but after asking a lot of questions I was rest assured that it was reputable. The instructor comes to your location to teach the class, so it's very convenient. The class registration process was simple, I was able to complete a class within a week of finding the business. He is efficient with his correspondence and answers calls and texts immediately. He was punctual and flexible with his time. He answered all my questions throughout the class, and offered additional resources for me to refer to in my own time. He's been in business for 18 years so he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend acquiring your CPR/First Aid certification through this business. The instructor is certified by the American Red Cross, and has a business license and everything. You can even verify your certification through the Red Cross website. Overall, I had a great experience.
