We bought our Kitchen appliances there three years ago, I had a problem with my refrigerators ice maker. They replaced the entire refrigerator, for ZERO COST. They are fantastic!!! This was done after THREE YEARS.I contacted them about the problem ONE TIME!!!! Keith, Swansea, Il.

It always amuses me when people complain about a business because they didn't cater to their every whim RIGHT THEN AND THERE. People are rude and selfish nowadays.Bringing it back to reality, my experience with Klein's was absolutely great. The appliance turnaround times are much quicker than big boxes (like hhgregg) and their sales reps are incredibly experienced. My last time in the store, I ordered a Samsung part that arrived in 4 days (vs Sears Parts Direct was 3-4 WEEKS).Friendly staff, good environment.

This place its absolutely horrible when it comes to repairs. I had my refrigerator for one year before the Ive maker stored working. I had to wait 3 days for a technician then he had to order the part. That took another week of me calling asking about it and complaining. The technician finally made it back out a week after that. He was nice and apologetic which was different grin the phone customer service rep. Now my refrigerator went out COMPLETELY!!!! I am sooo upset and I don't look forward to the stress of dealing with them AGAIN!!!! Do NOT fall with them unless you want someone who will take your money and their you on the back burner when the crap they sold you breaks down...even the warranty sucks!!!
This place is awesome. I've used these guys several times I'ver 30 years for my rentals and my personal home. Typically same day service, even on Thanksgiving one year, and reliable and expert. Anyone can have an off day or maybe there was a new service guy if someone has had issues, but seriously, super knowledgeable, helpful and fair in pricing.
this place sucks, they worked on two of my refrigerators, both charges were over $200, both went bad again with in a couple of months. called them back and got the attitude it will cost again, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS complete rip off
Horrible customer service!!! Washer has been broken for over six weeks still under warrenty they have been out three times never was working when they where done!!!! Unrealistic service call times when they have not been able to fix it in the first place. Customer service representative very rude!!!
Found out My refrigerator wasn't working on Friday evening. The first place I called couldn't even come to look for 5 days! I wasn't too sure when I called A Accurate because there wasn't a receptionist/ scheduler and it sounded like I was just talking to a repair guy, which turned out to be lucky for me! After asking some questions they were able to schedule my service visit for first thing the next morning. When I called back to give them more information, the guy asked some additional questions and was able to diagnose and fix my problem over the phone.! A Accurate was able to save me a service visit ( not to mention all my groceries) If I ever have another appliance problem they would be my first call. Great customer service and really service above and beyond expectations.
called the company because they advertised 24 hr same day service they tell me they are coming at 1 then two hours later call and say they can't and if I want same day service its $ 250 Got to love honesty in advertising never going to call then again poor service
save your money /accurate refrigeration one big rip offthe repairman told me i need a control board cost $660+$50serice feei got my air comnditioner fix with another company/ replace the tranformer $301 my control board is ok.what do that tell you?????????????
