This guy is the greatest. Professional with a great deal of knowledge of human anatomy and massage techniques. He uses the latest social media and internet technology to make it so easy to schedule appointments and make payment. I had been driving too much for work and aggravated my sciatic nerve or IT Band and it was making it very hard to work. I drive a lot and use my computer while sitting way too much. It was hard if not difficult to drive for move than 20-30 minutes or sit still at the desk for more than 1/2 hour. Jamel knew my situation and was able to get me functioning better after each visit. He also provided me with some additional stretches that I could do on my own to help speed my recovery. Jamel is the best massage therapist that I have ever used.

I monitor multiple computer screens at various heights at work, so I knew if I didn't get the muscle worked on, I'd be miserable. I was semi-nervous as I had been rushed in finding someone, but the atmosphere that he provides calmed my nerves, and I was able to relax while he worked on my issue. Fast forward some months, and I've been going on a regular basis of once to twice a month. From his skills as a massage therapist, ranging between his knowledge of massage techniques and his knowledge of the human body, to his skills as a professional who has adapted to modern day technologies like online scheduling, social media, and PayPal, Jamel has made every visit to Helping Hands Massage Therapy a fantastic and pleasant experience, and it has become a regular part of my routine that I hope to maintain for a long time to come.

I have been going to Jamel for almost 3 years and have had different types of massages including: deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone and prenatal. He is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! He is very professional, his studio is very relaxing and you can not beat his prices!. Jamal is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He has been able to help me with muscle tension, due to heredity and previous back surgery. His prices are very reasonable, making it manageable for maintenance.
